I booked a double bed room a few days in advance, but the person lived in a small bed. I called the beauty at the front desk and never answered the phone. The service is terrible.

Poor service attitude. I wanted to put some things at the front desk to catch the plane in the morning. The front desk said that the handover was difficult, so why not just put a few pieces of paper? It’s hard to do this after living for such a long time, and the projection screen is still full of oil stains
