This hotel is very convenient for transportation to the panda base, which is about a 15 minute drive away. Very easy to find taxi or get a DiDi. Front desk was friendly and efficient. Room was spacious. Provided free bottles of water every day.

When we first arrived we realized the hot water wasn’t working so I had to take a cold shower. They eventually got it working again but that was very daunting. Then the cell signal in the hotel is HORRIBLE, my phone literally had no service at all! The wifi either didn’t work at all or was too slow. When I asked the front desk about it they said they have bad cell and wifi service. I respected the honesty. The room is big and the bathroom area is huge. All in all it was ok but because of the Internet issues I wouldn’t book it again.

I really enjoyed the hotel, the only problem I had is that on Apple Maps it shows the hotel at a different place. At three in the morning it was quite difficult to find. The other complaint I had was breakfast, it definitely did not cater for the western palate. I loved the room.

My family planned to go to the Giant Panda Base, and I booked this hotel nearby. I feel that I was not disappointed. The hotel is very good in all aspects, and the children like it very much. The service facilities are complete. It is suitable for families to travel and live together. I hope to have the opportunity to come again in the future .

I booked a room during the Chinese New Year. I am very satisfied with the parent-child room. The layout is reasonable, clean and hygienic. Parking is free, and the breakfast is very rich! The quilt is very comfortable!
