The room was quite good, and the hotel entrance and lobby were lively with panda decorations. I found out the person who checked me in was actually the concierge manager, Frank. He was incredibly professional and understood exactly what I needed, making communication very efficient! The only downside was there were a lot of foreign Black guests those two days, but otherwise everything else was great!

This hotel is located in the city center, close to the Global Center, making transportation very convenient. It's just a few minutes' walk to D5 Mall, which has everything you need for shopping and dining. There are also bus stops and subway stations nearby, and getting a taxi is easy. Parking is convenient with both indoor and outdoor options. As for service, our butler Lucy was incredibly caring and truly put the customer first. [Strong recommendation]
