環境：訂的豪華雙床房，剛開始讓我們住的是如圖的房間，後來要求換房之後換到了另一個更大的。
設施：走廊和房間有很大的新裝修的味道，兩張床都有小蜘蛛，衞生間的捲紙是過期的，電視衹能看以前那種直播，不是網絡電視，送的水是冰露，沒有紗窗所以蚊子很多，需要整晚插着電蚊液。
服務：很多問題，但是最後還是解決了，雖然過程中爭執了很多次，前台什麼都不懂，但是態度挺好的。
總結：配不上這個價格。

前台把她的錯誤推到客人上 找一些奇葩的理由為她自己的過失免責 對待我們的態度十分惡劣 遇到問題不解決問題 甚至想解決我們這些提出問題的人 直到我們提出投訴 想用法律武器保護自己時 她們才來道歉 另外房間有蜘蛛 衞生紙是過期的

外形好看，房間大，乾淨衞生，安靜，但是設計有問題，問題很大！！隔音不好！！！沒有明顯的安全出口跟標識！！！！下雨刮風天半夜開門**！！！！！！！

房間沒有一個usb插口；前台服務態度差；早餐在成都酒店墊底。最搞笑的是房間辦公桌抽屜擺了本陽光保險出的書，迷之自信。
