Grand Hotel Sapporo

Stayed for 5 nights. The floor smelled like burnt. Smoked my head hurt. The room smelled like hot pot. When you open the window, you can feel the hot pot in front of you. Apart from the luxurious lobby, I like Chengdu, but I don’t like you guys.

The facilities are very old, the service is very poor, the air conditioner was not turned on when we first checked in, and the main unit was turned on after several complaints. It was a very bad experience.

The price is high in the surrounding area, and the accommodation environment and sanitation are much better than hotels at the same price. 🔔Service: The service attitude is standard, it is recommended, the lady at the front desk is kind and the service is very good, I will choose here next time. 🍃Environment: It is very close to the outlets, and there is also an aquarium nearby, which is very convenient to take children out to play.

Thanks to the young lady at the front desk for upgrading us to a parent-child room for free. The baby liked it very much and the service attitude was very good. It was a very good experience, and I will come next time.

酒店不錯，大廳很漂亮，前台小謝服務態度很好，附近吃飯也很方便，附近有超市，海濱城商場也挺近的，不錯，值得推薦。

家庭出遊，三張床。 分兩套間，有各自衞生間和📺，帶浴缸。 不靠地鐵。

前台秋秋服務很好，熱情，酒店很乾凈

房間舒服，早餐豐富，服務非常好，特別是前台秋秋美女，已經延住了，推薦
