The service was warm and attentive. The lady at the front desk who checked me in was so gentle and generous, and even helped me mail a package, which I really appreciate. The room was clean and tidy, and the breakfast had a wide variety of options. I would definitely come back again if needed.

This stay exceeded my expectations. The bathroom had a great wet/dry separation, the bedding was very comfortable, and the breakfast was also excellent with plenty of choices. I'll definitely choose to stay here again when I come to Chengdu.

The room is large, spacious, and well-designed. It has big floor-to-ceiling windows with a nice view. The bathroom fixtures are all from well-known brands, and the decor is quite new. Plus, you can request a late check-out until 3 PM, which is a great perk.

The room was spotless and clean, the environment was great, and the service was warm and attentive. They were able to meet guests' needs promptly. Plus, the breakfast was rich and varied. Overall, very satisfied.

It would be more convenient to have another trash can in the bathroom.

Superb, exceptionally good, absolutely amazing! I'm a homeowner in Luxelakes, and I wish I had stayed at this fantastic hotel when I was renovating my house a couple of years ago. Luxelakes has been missing a hotel like this! My flight was delayed, and I arrived at 3 AM. All the nearby restaurants were closed, so I bought instant noodles. The staff member on duty, Li Xi, was incredibly kind and helpful, boiling water for us and preparing our meal. Her thoughtful and attentive service was truly touching. The hotel itself is also very beautiful, the price is incredibly cheap, the rooms are huge, and the surrounding area is extremely convenient. I love it! I'll definitely book this hotel for all my friends next time they visit. Overall, I'm very satisfied.

The location is amazing! It's right in the heart of the area around Luxelakes, so you don't have to detour to eat or play, and it's safe to return to the hotel at night. The room has a fantastic view; I wish I could wear a formal dress and take some stunning photos there. The high floor offers city views at night, and the soundproofing is better than expected—you can't hear any outside noise at all. The service is excellent, they're very attentive, and the overall experience was fantastic! The breakfast was plentiful, and the rice noodles were absolutely divine! 😍

作為攜程老粉，能讓我寫評價的肯定是極好的酒店，這次帶着孩子住的一室兩廳房，絕絕子絕絕子！原因如下哈 1）超乾淨，畢竟酒店很新，潔癖患者ok，希望繼續保持這個整潔度。 2）早餐吃的很好，很用心的那種，有涼粉、抄手，兩天的早餐都是不一樣的，有變化。 3）服務也很好，幫忙拿行李送上車，下大雨了還給我們雨傘。 4）3樓可以洗衣服，熨衣服就很方便。 5）視覺效果不錯，酒店走的是法式風格，還是裝修的很用心的。 總結來説下次來麓湖這邊還是會住這個酒店。
