Five-star review! The lobby's fragrance was lovely and the room facilities were complete and peaceful. The toiletries were high-quality, and the staff were attentive and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast was delicious too!

The mattress firmness was just right. The cleaning details were a bit lacking, but overall it was quite clean. The room layout was well-designed and functional. The biggest highlight is its convenient location: it's not far from Kuanzhai Alley and Kuixing Building, and a short taxi ride to Wuhou Temple and Jinli. It's a quiet spot that's still very accessible.

The hotel has a great atmosphere and an excellent location. The front desk staff are warm and attentive, and the housekeeping team is very prompt with cleaning. All the staff are highly professional and quick to resolve any issues. The breakfast is delicious, and the products provided are very practical.

The service was excellent, and the facilities were comprehensive. The hotel bedding and toiletries were very comfortable. I was particularly impressed by the complimentary bottled water, all natural Bama spring water, with unlimited supply – a pleasant surprise! The washer and dryer combo was also incredibly useful. Breakfast offered a wide variety and tasted great. A special mention goes to the hotel's location; there are many small shops nearby, perfect for a stroll. It happened to be my ***** birthday, and the hotel surprised me with a cake, a gift, and a room upgrade. I would definitely stay here again; it truly lives up to its top 5-diamond rating.

From check-in to check-out, the entire process was seamless. The front desk was efficient, and the cleanliness was excellent. The hallway fragrance was very pleasant. The room layout was a bit odd, and the toiletries bottles were placed in a strange spot.

The hotel is new and very upscale. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable. The staff provided excellent and polite service. The breakfast had a great variety and used high-quality ingredients. Five stars to the front desk staff, I'll definitely stay at Intercity Hotel again!

Trip to Chengdu~ This hotel really exceeded my expectations! I had initially booked for the first three nights, with plans to stay at the W Hotel for the following three. But we were so comfortable here that we ended up canceling our W reservation and extending our stay. The staff are incredibly friendly and always quick to help with any requests. Plus, there's complimentary ice cream and afternoon tea every day. They have underground parking and charging stations, and the parking area is exceptionally clean and spacious, which was a huge plus for us as first-time visitors. I honestly recommend this place to parents traveling to Chengdu with children; staying here truly made our trip more enjoyable. It's very close to Kuanzhai Alley, and when you just want to relax, sitting in the hotel's outdoor seating area, you can really soak in the laid-back local vibe – it's incredibly comfortable and pleasant!

My first stay at Citic Hotel in Urumqi was just okay. But this second stay in Chengdu was a really good experience! The surrounding area is comfortable, a quiet oasis in a bustling city, which was very pleasant. The room size was perfect, the air conditioning was strong, and the bed was high enough. The only downside was that the pillows were too soft. After two nights, I really missed my Atour hotel pillows back home. It has a rain shower, good soundproofing, and the breakfast was plentiful and delicious. I'd suggest adding kids' toiletries and a laundry service. The Haagen-Dazs ice cream was a big hit with the kids, and the Sichuan-style afternoon tea was pretty good too.

The front desk staff were very welcoming, and the room was clean and hygienic. As a new hotel, the facilities are brand new. The breakfast was unique, and the hotel is located in the old town, very close to Kuanzhai Alley and People's Park.
