The room is very spacious, and the facilities and services in both the public areas and the room are excellent! I've stayed at many IHG hotels, and this is truly the first one that made me feel so at home and eager to take photos and share – especially considering the price, the value for money is absolutely outstanding! The photos of the room and gym are exactly what you get, but I want to highlight two details that really impressed me: First, it's been a long time since I've finished showering and then started examining the showerhead itself. I highly recommend that all InterContinental hotels across the country copy this Kohler Selected shower system when renovating. Second, this is genuinely the first time I've seen a self-service laundry room equipped with a cleaning attendant to help dry clothes and neatly fold the dried laundry into baskets with tags. You can truly feel whether a hotel puts effort into delivering quality service. I hope they maintain this standard, and I will definitely be back next time I visit Chengdu.

The hotel's location is also superb; you're right in the heart of a bustling commercial area, making it super convenient for shopping, dining, and sightseeing. Getting around was a breeze too. Thanks to voco's excellent environment and Evelyn's wonderful service, my Chengdu trip was filled with pure joy. I honestly recommend it to all my friends visiting Chengdu!!

The most delightful surprise of my Chengdu trip was definitely the incredibly thoughtful service at the voco Hotel Chunxi Road! As soon as I arrived in the lobby, I was charmed by the front desk lady Evelyn's smile. Check-in was super efficient – she verified my details and processed everything in under five minutes. What was even more unexpected was her proactive offer to upgrade my room for free, as there happened to be an availability in a higher room category. On top of that, she thoughtfully prepared a guide to the area around the hotel for me. The room itself was fully equipped, and the cleanliness was impeccable. With such fantastic service, it's no wonder voco Hotel has such a great reputation!

My stay at VOCO Chunxi Road was absolutely delightful, truly impressed by the attention to detail! The front desk staff, Xiao Mei, had a smile as warm as a winter sun. She was efficient, professional, and thoughtful, making check-in a wonderfully welcoming experience. The restaurant service was an even bigger surprise – the waitstaff consistently refilled tea and changed plates at just the right moments. The signature dishes were authentic and flavorful, and breakfast was so abundant it kicked off my day on a high note. The location is unbeatable, offering tranquility amidst the bustling city. From the moment I arrived until I checked out, every interaction reflected the team's dedication. This is definitely a high-quality choice for anyone visiting Chengdu for business or leisure. I can't wait to return and experience it again!

The transportation is inconvenient. The carpet is also quite old, it doesn't seem like a newly opened hotel. The room layout is a bit unusual, but the TV is quite large. The breakfast fruit wasn't very fresh either.

The hotel's location is fantastic! Downstairs, you'll find Taode Sandpot and the Mixue Ice Cream flagship store. IFS and Taikoo Li are just a short walk away, and Chen Mapo Tofu and Long Chao Shou are also nearby. The room is incredibly spacious, and housekeeping does a great job keeping it clean every day.
