The room is not bad. But i think there is bugs on the bed as my wife and I got bugs bites mark on our body. Room can be smelly when went in. Service of the staff not too bad. Very proactive. Lift is very slow.

The rooms were soo dirty oh my god. You can see this before even entering the room from how dirty the doors are while walking in the hallway. We arrived, entered the rooms and decided to change hotel immediately. Fellow app users please don’t give a good cleaning rating if this is not true or you are unable to judge on cleanliness properly/ you don’t care, that was so misleading! Thankfully trip.com refunded the next nights although there was no free cancellation at this point, and I’m so glad I am using this app to book accommodation for my trips. the only good thing was the reception who was very nice and helpful!!

We had an amazing stay! The hotel was very modern and stylish, and the private pool inside the room was definitely the highlight—so easy to use and incredibly relaxing. The location was great too, with plenty of food options nearby for delivery. The 24-hour service from the hotel was super convenient—everything we needed was brought right to our door. Highly recommend!

The first hotel itself is not bad. The room is clean and well equipped . The the hotel location is inconvenient. The hotel is located in 16-18 floors and there is another hotel in the same building. It is a bit misleading when you first time come to the place.

The staff and service at Louis Hotel was amazing! Truly out of this world. They were all so helpful and the room was spectacular! Definitely will be staying here again and I encourage everyone to stay here!

Loved this hotel so much! Perfect location and lovely staff! Felt like a queen. They’d give free coffee in the morning and would do anything to help. They even ordered food for us late at night. Would definitely come back if we visit chengdu another day!

The room was INSANE. We booked the pool one as we had just come from Thailand and had a jacuzzi in our room. It was one of the largest pool rooms I’ve seen that has had it within and not separate from the room. It had INSANE technology, heated toilet, separate shower, fully controllable everything from room entrance and bedside, Marshall speaker, flat screen tv was massive but no English movies or shows that are free, also WiFi was not working at all. Nice view aswell though.

All advertised photos and comments about how clean and how good the staff are is 100% correct. We never had any complains the whole time we were staying. The private pool was absolutely wonderful, overlooking the intersection and at night, the city lights are so romantic. The TV screen was so big and it made our family bonding so memorable. The staff is so friendly and they are so warm. We will be back 100%
