The hotel is clean and spacious. We reached at midnight and got a free room upgrade. Staff Lova provides very prompt service. We enjoyed our stay here the most in Chengdu!

Good good good. Very helpful Staff. They help recommend a lot of nice place. Since it my first time here and I don’t speak Chinese.

Arrived late at night and was greeted by an energetic young receptionist called Zheng Xia (郑霞). She was handling the reception alone. After checking me in, two more groups of travellers came and one of them was rushing for her to check him in. She handled them smoothly and calmly. She’s one of the few service staff whom I observe who care for her customers and treat them with warmth and smile. Way to go. You need more people like her around. Room was clean, the toilet smells a little but it might be the dampness in Chengdu. Toilet and tub were very clean too. Daily housekeeping does a good job. Provided with lots of bottled water. Had a projector screen in the room to watch the dramas and shows you want. Room used Xiao Du, the smart AI to control curtains and lights. Pretty cool. Hotel is a little away from the train station but cycling is a very convenient way to go about the city.

Very good service would definitely recommend for people to come!

Good good good

The room was big and very nice, clean and specious. The big plus of this hotel though is the staff. They are GREAT! we had an issue with a parcel and the girls especially Coriander made everything possible to help us find it. This made all the difference - we’ll be back in our next trip to Chengdu!

I rested at the hotel for 2 days.Nice friendly staff, clean and cozy rooms, I really liked it. A very comfortable bed, which is important for a good sleep.Thank you so much 🙌🏻

- The hotel quite far from the station we search on the google map it says 850m but in the hotel site is ~570m so we have to walk quite a distance. - The hotel cannot call taxi for us they said I have to call it by the road myself which I am a foreigner I couldn’t speak Chinese. - I chose non smoking room but ended up smell smoke almost all the time - Be careful some room has mold on the wall and ceiling but if you tell the staff they will change it for you

Sadly, we only stayed 1 night at this hotel. Location was perfect (it is near Taikoo li & IFS), great facilities and the staffs are very helpful! Even though they didn’t really speak english but they are willing to help.. Thank you to the front office who was very helpful to me during my stay. Sorry I didn’t know her name but we really had a pleasant stay on our last day in China! Will come back again😊

Good location with amenities nearby. Had to leave early and breakfast was not quite ready due to late delivery of bread etc... but friendly staff and all...

Very good hotel! Very clean and well decorated. Super modern and high-tech. Bathtub was also very nice
