I used to stay in this hotel often and it was good in all aspects, but this time I was too disappointed. The membership upgrade service is gone, the soap is gone, the scent in the corridor is gone, and the front desk staff are not as good as before. What's wrong, The bedding is too. In fact, it's okay, but it's better than before.

1，因為之前去上海出差，住的就是如家精選酒店，所以來成都出差，還選如家精選酒店。但是有點失望。不如上海的齊全。沒有刮鬍刀和沐浴乳、護髮素這些。
2，説一下酒店。如家，宜必思，晴空，蜀道，星城這幾家，全都在一個樓裏，衹不過樓層不一樣。價格都大差不差。所以出差的人如果看到我這條，可以自己選擇。

出來玩訂的這家酒店，服務真是太好了，非常熱情！到酒店前台辦理入住，就有小姐姐端來了一杯茶水，真的很貼心，前台服務員業務很熟練，很快就為我們辦理好了！酒店位置很棒，交通很方便，去各個景點都很近。房間衞生很乾凈整潔，連鎖酒店就是好，衞生有保障！酒店的早餐也很豐富，中西式的，味道也很好！非常滿意，下次來成都還會入住這家酒店！非常棒！

外地人春節出遊成都，入住如家精選酒店期間因酒店存在很大的安全隱患 木質地板凹槽翹起不平 縫隙大非常鋒利 割傷3歲小孩下巴 傷口2cm 縫7針，10號受傷 酒店衹解決了當地醫葯費。換葯7天後拆線 恢復到目前20號 還沒有解決到後期換葯拆線醫葯費 交通費 以及後期感覺傷疤很明顯就瞭解了一下後期疤痕醫美我訴求孩子傷疤醫美5000元 至今未得到解決 攜程客服打了也幫我積極聯繫但是聯繫不到酒店方的領班 店長 成都的12345打了社區回電説目前也聯繫不到店長 社區在給溝通 如果沒有得到解決我還可以通過法律渠道 基本可以説得不到解決。提醒大家在外地酒店受傷一定要在當地解決完成後在**地避免因酒店過失受到自身財產損失，最重要的受罪。這件事導致我們店一直無法正常營業每天也損失很多收入。酒店床單很滑而且床邊軟塌 床體小床墊大？

衞生：衞生很乾凈，馬桶還送了消息的濕紙巾。
服務：前台服務很好，我是剛好跨年那天晚上去住的，晚上玩太晚回去第二天就感冒了很不舒服，打電話給前台，很貼心的問需不需要幫我買葯，還幫延遲了退房。在這裏，非常感謝🙏💕
環境：房間挺大的，因為之前住的如家好像都不太行，這次改變客觀印象了，很不錯👍

房間樓層比較高，這棟樓很多酒店，早餐時段電梯要等一會兒。窗外樓下有個小學，工作日有上下課鈴聲，不過聲音不大。房間裏沒什麼噪音，衞生挺好，床品舒服。前台態度很好，早餐也不錯。酒店位置比較好，附近是生活區，小店非常多很熱鬧。
