I originally stayed at this hotel because it was convenient to go to Shuangliu Airport, but it almost made me late. When I checked in, I specifically asked the front desk if there was breakfast and drop-off service. The front desk promised that breakfast would be served at 7 o'clock. However, when I asked where to eat at 7 o'clock the next morning, the front desk hesitated and delayed for a long time. It was only available at 8 o'clock, which caught us off guard and took a taxi to the airport. Afterwards, when I asked customer service to report the situation, they ignored me and said that breakfast and airport pick-up were all free services. They said it was as if we, the customers, were not enjoying the benefits and we were unlucky. In the end, they even said they would compensate us 30 yuan, but the result was no more news. It was all a delaying tactic. The service attitude is extremely poor and amateurish. They always shirk responsibility and are not responsible at all. The location is easy to find. The hotel is also very clean. It is next to the business district and has a lot of food. The hotel bed is very soft and comfortable to sleep on. The service of the lady at the front desk is also very good. I will come again next time!

If you can arrange check-in for guests when the time comes, don’t write that you can check in at 12 o’clock.

The room was very smelly, and the smell coming from the sewer made it impossible to live in. The rooms in the KTV can be imagined. I was given a bowl of noodles for breakfast, but there was nothing.
