We were visiting some old friends here in Chengdu and couldn’t ask for a better family-friendly hotel! Booked the family room and my daughter was absolutely thrilled with it. The staff, both at the front desk and in housekeeping, were incredibly kind and helpful, always ready to assist if needed. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, catering to both Western and Eastern tastes. Unfortunately, we didn’t get a chance to use the gym or laundry room, but they looked great. Even after we checked out, my daughter kept asking if we could go back to the hotel! Will definitely choose here again next time!

Clean room, convenient location with subway station nearby.

The service is good but hotel has a really weird dorm feeling. The room is so small with no ventilation.

I stayed in the XL Size Room With Two Beds, The room, shower and toilet area is modern, well-furnished and clean. Do take note the shower + toilet might have translucent walls. The service staff are very outgoing and helpful, there is also a 24h laundry service. It is within walking distance to Minle station. This will be my hotel of choice if I visit Chengdu in future.

1. The merchant has serious consumer fraud. There was a sound of electric drills in the room, which was very noisy, but the order page did not explain it, misleading consumers to place orders! 2. Negotiated with the merchant to cancel the order, and the merchant said that it would guarantee to change a quiet room, but the sound of decoration continued. From 8 o'clock the next morning, there was a very obvious sound of electric drills and other machines. I called the front desk, and the front desk said that they would find a way to deal with it, but there was no substantial effect, so I had no choice but to leave the store first. Until I checked out, the sound of decoration continued. 3. The merchant said to change the room, but the new room card could not open the door, and it was not until the middle of the night that the cleaning staff used a universal card to open the door. 4. The front desk on the first floor of the hotel wrote that there was a midnight snack service, but when I sat at the table and prepared to place an order, I was told that the chef was off work. 5. The mattress on the flyer in the room was relatively damp, and the heating had an intermittent pungent odor. I hope that all consumers will open their eyes and choose this hotel carefully! I hope that the platform will strengthen its regulatory obligations and not casually recommend the so-called "four-diamond hotel" to consumers!

The supper and breakfast are delicious, and the service quality is also very good. The service of Xiao G and Nashui at the front desk is very thoughtful and meticulous.
