The hotel's overall ambiance and service were excellent. The breakfast was plentiful and fantastic, the environment was beautiful, and the room was spotlessly clean. The hotel staff provided thoughtful service. The room was spacious and the layout was very comfortable; my child loved it. It was very cozy and peaceful, and the soundproofing was good. The front desk staff were warm and welcoming. I would definitely come again.

## Environment: The hotel entrance sign is clear and easy to find. The lobby seems to be connected to a coffee shop, with coffee bags lining the side. The elevator is located to the left of the front desk. The hallway outside the room is clean and bright. Upon entering the room, it was very stuffy. The air conditioning's cooling and ventilation were not very effective, and I only felt an occasional cool breeze much later in the evening. The toilet and shower room are separate. Room hygiene was acceptable. ## Service: Service was just okay. I paid extra to upgrade my room type. Initially, they tried to get me to sign up for some membership, but I declined as I'm not interested in random memberships, so I just paid the upgrade fee directly. The price ended up being slightly more expensive than if I had booked the larger room type directly through the platform. Since I don't eat breakfast, the upgrade fee, unfortunately, included breakfast. The front desk staff seemed a bit inexperienced and unprofessional; they even got my reservation time wrong, among other small service details. Overall, the service felt rather weak. For food delivery, a robot brings it up, and late at night, deliveries can be brought directly to the room.

The hotel boasts nice decor, comfortable bedding, and powerful air conditioning. Although the room isn't huge, it's perfectly adequate for two people in a tatami room. There are two tea bags and two coffee sachets, plus a mini-fridge stocked with complimentary frozen Coke, Mirinda, and mineral water. The hotel's shampoo is really good; it doesn't leave your hair feeling falsely smooth and slippery, instead it's soft and smells great. Our tatami room package also included afternoon tea and traditional Chinese medicine foot bath sachets. I absolutely loved the hotel breakfast – it was incredibly rich and varied! The croissants had a delightful gooey center, and there was a choice of noodle soup. There was also a dish, I forget what it was called, but it was a very fragrant mushroom dish. I would definitely return to stay at Man Xi just for the breakfast alone. Overall, I highly recommend it. It's a three-minute walk from Minle Metro Station, and there are plenty of food options on the street opposite the hotel for late-night snacks, so you don't have to drive far at all, just step outside, haha. There's also a Luckin Coffee right next to the hotel entrance. The room was quiet and peaceful, and I felt the privacy was excellent. Highly recommend!

The room was great, and the shower gel smelled lovely. The mobile key card was super convenient, and the service was excellent. The hygiene was also top-notch, and everyone was so welcoming. The front desk staff even gave us great recommendations for local food and attractions. There's a subway station just 100 meters away, which was really handy. We went to Chunxi Road and Du Fu Thatched Cottage the next day, and being able to take the subway made getting around with our little one so much easier. Plus, there's free parking! Absolutely amazing!

The breakfast was plentiful, and on the first night, I was really tired and couldn't find my room card, but they immediately helped me get a replacement. It's very friendly for introverts, as food deliveries are all handled by robots. Highly recommend!

The hotel is very close to the subway station. The front desk kindly asked about my room preference regarding the orientation. I mentioned I'd like a quiet room, and they indeed arranged one that was quite peaceful, so I slept very well at night. Although I forgot to take photos of the room, the layout was much better than I expected. There were cold drinks prepared in the room, and the surrounding area is nice. It's very close to the Grand Theater, just a short walk, so I was able to catch a show after my errands. Satisfied.
