Undoubtedly, your group in Chengdu did really teach me a lesson!
However, considering the old and sweet affection from others…like Marriott in Shekmun, Shartin, HKSAR, PRC, and Marriott in Singapore….., few patience still remains and counts.
Because of this,
please kindly allow me to share my thoughts and feelings to you according to these so-called SERVICRS!!!

The manager HU, she did not allow me to speak anything about the hotel service, when I tried to take down her name and the number of her working permit….
She directly refused and abruptly grabbed my pen in a VERY BAD AND RUDE way!
I can guarantee in the name of my whole family !!! Only other creatures like animals WOULD PERFORM LIKE THIS!!!
I have never seen such a scene.
I was terrified and scared at that moment, I vanished to my Room 0917 directly!
JUST In case of getting harmed by such an unreasonable and rude creature!
Jesus!!!
That was like a miracle and disaster for my entire trip in Chengdu!!!
I hide myself in my NO. 0917 Room for the whole night until 02/05/2023 due to the departure flight!
Merely because I just want to escape from that monster without any interest to stay!

I was and am very very disappointed about everything in Your Hotel in Chengdu, Sichuan, PRC……
your manager and her group upset me and harmed me and made me lose faith in your entire MARRIOTT GROUP.
