The room was splendid. Offered a decent city view. Cleanliness was top notch. There were complimentary bottles of water, which was very handy for travelers around the city like me during the summer. The hotel offered breakfast with a good variety of Chinese and English breakfast foods. The staff at the restaurant was welcoming offered to pack the breakfast for those who had to leave early in the morning. The only negative was the long waiting times to check in.

The room is quite nice. It has been open for a long time. Fortunately, it is relatively clean and tidy. Xiao Deng at the front desk is very enthusiastic. He can even drop you off when you have to catch a flight in the morning. It is still hot after preparing for the journey. It is so considerate~

The family suite was very spacious and clean but barely furnished (for example, there were no clothes drawer or a luggage rack). The hotel was located near the city center which required no more than a 20-minute taxi ride to most tourist destinations. The breakfast spread was very good, there were adequate Chinese and Western options; we were particularly impressed by two breakfast dining attendants, 小王 and 陈姐, who were very attentive with smiles. We'd recommend this place for its location, cleanliness and service.

The hotel is good location with easy access to many local attractions. There is a metro station just outside the hotel. The staff were courteous and spoke english well, and the breakfast buffet was good. I like to especially thanks hotel staff Zoe for her patience in explaining the use of Alipay and Weixin payment system, giving metro directions and places to visit around town. Her service to a foreigner like me on a first visit was very helpful. Will stay there again when I come back.

The price of the room was really good and considering that it was really close to subway and it was really easy to get downtown, it was still worth staying there. The breakfast was both western and Chinese. And was not bad at all

I chose this hotel temporarily because I took my kids to eat nearby on weekends. I have often stayed in other hotels of this brand before, and the quality is nothing to say. The standards of hotel chains of major international brands are still very good in all aspects.
