Hilton Properties in Chengdu

I chose this Hilton for a business trip nearby. The location is excellent, very close to Chunxi Road and other attractions. Chengdu can be quite congested, so being close makes managing travel time much easier. The overall decor is quite new, and the room was very comfortable. They offer turndown service and other amenities. They noticed I was drinking water quickly and provided plenty of bottled water. The gym is a bit small, with only a Smith machine, but the dumbbells go up to 30kg, which is generally sufficient. Although food delivery isn't allowed directly into the lobby, they have a robot delivery service. Overall, I'm very satisfied.

On a business trip, this hotel offers a quiet retreat in the midst of the city, with a clean and hygienic environment. The service was attentive; I accidentally left my water bottle behind and they thoughtfully couriered it to me. Very impressed!

Right at the entrance, I was greeted by an adorable giant panda, Hua Hua, the internet-famous panda. There was even a bellhop named Hua Hua in the lobby! When checking in, I requested a quieter room, and the staff were able to accommodate my needs perfectly. The room was very comfortable, with a great separate wet and dry area. It was also quite spacious, offering views of the unique buildings in the vicinity. A delightful surprise was the massage mattress in the room. After a tiring day, lying on it and enjoying the massage with its various modes was incredibly relaxing. I didn't want to move at all. The breakfast was excellent. Besides the self-service buffet, staff would come around daily with a cart offering special dishes of the day. The staff at each food station were all fantastic. The back-office staff were also great; I encountered a few minor issues, and they listened patiently and resolved everything flexibly and efficiently.

What impressed me most about this hotel is its reliability. The room was exceptionally clean, not a speck of dust, and even the bathroom corners were spotless – I felt completely relaxed staying there. The family room we booked was very spacious, perfect for a family of three without feeling cramped, and there was plenty of space for the kids to play. A huge bonus was the free parking; we didn't have to worry about finding a spot at all, which was a great relief. Overall, I'm very satisfied with my stay and would definitely consider this hotel again if I'm in the area.

The hotel facilities are excellent. Wind and Louisa at the front desk provided exceptional service. The breakfast was plentiful, and the location is very convenient, right across from Shimao Plaza, making dining and other activities very accessible. All the surrounding amenities are great. I'll definitely be back next time.
