The hotel is connected to a very big shopping mall with good restaurants, KTV and good shoppings. There is also a massage place near by so it’s a great location but it’s not right at downtown so you can see if you are interested in the mall first. The staff is very nice, the first night I stayed there, I already saw someone a ****** to his room. I mentioned it to the hotel manager, he checked the CCTV and handled it professionally. Breakfast is yummy! I enjoyed my stay.

I was super satisfied with my stay at the Chengdu Hilton Hotel this time. Special thanks to Mark, the handsome and sunny man at the front desk, who thoughtfully prepared two birthdays🎂fruit plates and room upgrade services👍. The staff in the restaurant, gym and guest rooms were all professional and courteous. Breakfast and The executive dinners are all delicious, the rooms are elegantly decorated and comfortable, and I can rest well after returning from traveling every day. It must be rated as a five-star hotel. In addition, the hotel staff also communicated on the phone before checking in and helped me prepare a humidifier and air purifier in advance. This time I made a special reservation at the Riverside Hilton. Because it is relatively new, I went here to experience it. Ms. Lin at the front desk was very welcoming and helped me upgrade accordingly according to my membership level. There is a supermarket and a food festival downstairs. But the sound insulation is very good, the stay experience is very satisfactory, the scenery and hotel facilities are unbeatable. Full five stars 💯.

Very much a “Chinese luxury” hotel, in that it looks nice but is actually very meh. AC barely worked despite it being in the high 20s C. Room service menu times were wrong, so twice I was denied my order despite the menu showing that room service was available. Bed was ok. Bath tub was nice and big, I’ll give them that. Maid service was hit-or-miss, as I didn’t want them to come before noon while I was still in my room, so I had the DND light on, but when I left at 12:30pm and came back at 2am they had not replaced my wet towels as they had the day before with the same scenario.
