The hotel rooms are particularly spacious and comfortable, and the staff has great problem-solving skills. Special thanks also go to the drop-off driver, Master Zhang. We saw the wrong airport because there were a lot of vehicles traveling before the May Day holiday and the expressway to the airport was particularly congested. Master Zhang had no complaints and comforted us. He also chose a road without traffic jams to take us to the airport safely. His attitude was very good👍 Thank you very much to driver Zhang. I will choose a hotel like this next time I come to Chengdu👍👍👍

Very close to the airport. It's very near, specially to the Terminal 2. Nice hotel to stop over night for early next day flight. I walked to the airport. It took me only 10minutes and needed to cross two intersections. Hotel is good for the price I paid. Room is clean and odor free. Liked the shower but need to improve a bit on shampoo and shower gel. Otherwise good hotel to stay near airport.

I want to especially commend LiuRunQin, a kind, attentive, and thoroughly competent member of the cleaning staff. She came to my room immediately when I had a question about the bathtub draining system and made sure everything was working well. Otherwise, it's a fantastic hotel - delicious breakfast, close to the airport, large bathtub, great view, comfortable, friendly, efficient. I'll come back.

Positive side: good location and it is very convenient to catch earlier plane. Negative side: 1). The receptionnist was quite rude and impolite during the check-in process; 2). The volume of the shower was incredibly small and I was unable to take a shower; 3). The door has no soundproof, too thin; 4). The hotel refused to provide more drinking water except only 2 small bottles, which was not enough at all. The drinking water is a big problem in China, and many foreigners who come from the countries have a great resource of water cannot drink China’s tap water, because it can make them diarrhée; 6). The quality of the breakfast was undesirable and very boring, etc..
