Stained carpets, furniture and walls.. kinda was a turn off regarding the rooms. Ive stayed here in the past and I don’t remember it ever being that unkempt before. The staff however is very friendly and accommodating. Just wish they’d clean or take care of the rooms better

This was my second time staying at this hotel…the first time was in September 2023, and my experience was average, but the air unit was very loud. This second time, my husband and I were placed on the first floor. The plumbing and air unit were very loud this time. We could here the water running through the pipes every time our neighbors turned on their faucet.

The staff was the best part of this hotel hands down. The first room we were placed in was visibly dirty and absolutely reeked of smoke. The staff was accommodating right away and placed us in a suite, which we did appreciate, however it still had a slight smell and all of the furniture was again, quite dirty. For the price it was okay however the best thing you’re going to get out of this place is the staff.

When you walk in right away the smell of pot. The person at the desk thought it was funny. There also was only grape jam for toast and bagels. Disappointed have been here many times before the quality has gone down hill . Sorry to see this happen.
