"This has been my regular hotel every August before I return to Japan. This was my third time staying here. They even allowed me to check in early, which was great. There are delicious restaurants nearby, and a seafood mookata place right across the street. The Japanese-speaking receptionist was a huge help; she assisted me with buying beer from the shop across the street and ordering KFC delivery, which I really appreciated. Be careful when crossing the big road to get to the mookata restaurant directly opposite, especially if you're not used to the local traffic. It was reassuring to see her again, as she's been there all three times I've stayed. The breakfast offers some Japanese-style dishes, which is a nice touch. My Thai wife says this brand of refrigerator is very good; the ice stayed frozen for a long time."

Hotel provides free coffee, chocolate drinks and biscuits in the morning. Its easy to call grab as they can pick you up at the hotel. We enjoyed our stay very much."

"The room was good and worth the price. It was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. The staff provided good service, and the atmosphere was quiet and not chaotic. I just wish they could do something about the cigarette smell. When I first entered the room, the bathroom had a very strong cigarette smell. Also, with the lobby doors open, the smoke from outside wafted in. If they could fix this, it would be perfect."

"I have stayed a few times over the years and I do like this hotel. The location is excellent and the staff are great However I am no longer very mobile and the swimming pool is a nightmare to get to and worse to get out of. A very steep staircase which I cannot walk back up. No one in a wheelchair would stand a chance.⁸ There was a huge variety of dishes for breakfast but unfortunately the food was always cold. Hot omelette can be made to order and there's a toaster but that's it if you're seeking a hot breakfast Lovely temple 5 minutes walk"
