Spark by Hilton Chattanooga Downtown

Convenient location and staff were pleasant. Room and bath were small and dated. The hotel allows dogs and dogs were no issue but the hotel lobby area had such a strong deodorizer smell that was overpowering. Breakfast was minimal. It worked for our short stay but I wouldn’t book again.

Everything was fine bed was comfortable clean quiet. Only problem I had was there was a giant spotlight outside my room and the curtains did not help. Definitely could’ve gotten better sleep if that wasn’t happening

Andy at the front desk was Great. Helpful,polite, and accommodating . Most comfortable beds with pleanty of pillows. I would definitely recommend.

Breakfast options were limited--coffee, cereal, toast, bagel, muffin, juice. Subpar when compared with other hotels who offer accommodations. No microwave in the room or in the breakfast area. Coffee not available 24/7 in the breakfast area. Panhandlers at the corner from afternoon into the evening.

Very small rooms, very limited breakfast. Cereal and bagels for breakfast. They provided complimentary parking, while most hotels in the area charged for parking.

Skeptical about staying at this hotel but we were all pleasantly surprised! The staff were so friendly and helpful and the room was clean. Breakfast was really good too. The yogurt with all the food toppings was my fave! Would definitely stay here again!

The "breakfast" was okay, nothing thrilling to write home about. The hotel rooms were clean and nice. The only downside was the annoying hinges to the bathroom doors...people sleeping over night and others trying to use the bathroom quietly, didn't work so well. The gentleman at the front desk were kind and helpful with our questions about the area and recommended a great local place for dinner.

Didn't stay there called the front desk phone to cancel the reservation for nearly 12 hours nobody answered until the next day.... My card GOT CHARGED for over 100$ anyway.

We Didn’t use the amenities. For a Celiac person there was no breakfast options
