Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Chattanooga

I booked a room here based on a last minute trip but then the trip got cancelled. It all happened within 2 hours so I booked and then needed to cancel. However, they did not let me cancel so unfortunately I was unable to actually use the room.

Asia checked us in, she was a delight and even brought extra pillows to our room herself!

Our second stay in 9 months. We stay here to catch a plane early the next morning. Both if our stays our tooms were not ready. We paid the bill, was charged $20.00 for incidentals, which we never buy anything there. First trip, was given a room that supposed to be ready. Nope, opened the door and 2 people were in bed! Not good, man got a little huffy. 2nd trip, got room key and opened the door and the had not been cleaned at all! Not good again for what u charge. Ur staff were excellent in correcting the issues and very professional! Will try again! Hotel is centrally located and close to airport

I was really impressed with this hotel. The staff was friendly, the rooms were super clean, and the hotel was comfortable and immaculate. The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of extra towels. I will definitely stay here again!

I was there just from midnight to 6 am. I can’t tell you too much about the hotel. Overall, It was good.

I didn't use the gym. The room was clean, but we could hear a dog and kids next door. The walls were very poorly insulated for sound.

Excellent breakfast. Guest bathroom need upgrade, mattresses need change over too
