The hotel is new and clean. The hotel staff is very patient. I will stay there next time.

打掃房間不人性化，有固定的時間，不是這個時間一般不給打掃，即便你有需求。但酒店比較新，設施乾淨，但熱水不好，需要放很久才能出熱水

Checked in right after experiencing an 5.5 level earthquake on 8/6/24, the front desk reps were AWESOME! Especially, "Michi". Omg, what a beautiful and friendly energetic personality! She put me at ease by just saying, "Oh, you're safe here". She and another gentleman, who helped me with my room key, were soooo accomending. As a matter of fact, the entire staff is amazing. Kudos to Pablo too. Wish I can remember all the staff names...because they all deserve a big high five!

While there is a lot to recommend this new hotel, not everything is fully worked out. On the positive side, service by nearly all the staff was excellent. Being new, it has a modern fresh feel to it. Rooms are good size and well laid out Very important in LA, parking is free. It is in a residential area, very close to shopping and Porter Ranch. Housekeeping not yet been figured out. Even though it was just opened, they've reverted to the COVID habit of not making up rooms during the stay. With Marriott status, they may make up the room. During our stay, they made up the room twice and missed the third time. Also, a pile of dirty towels and a bag of trash was left in the hallway for more than 36 hours. Even after it was reported to the front desk on the first day. Notwithstanding, this hotel is still recommended.
