This exquisite old-school hotel has an elegant sense of the times in its floor height and corridors. I wouldn't be willing to stay here at ordinary times. The price is good in the off-season. The Halloween decorations at the door are very atmospheric. Unfortunately, I forgot to take pictures of the interior. Traveling is very convenient. It takes 5 minutes to walk to the pier and the famous restaurant. Of course, Charlottetown is not big, so it’s not far to walk. Parking is also convenient, with free parking in the yard.

It is a good hotel in Charlottetown. When the client asked me where I was staying, I heard that I was staying in Sydney and immediately said nice hotel

Two stays at the Sydney Inn. Beautiful rooms and within walking distance to great restaurants. Breakfast is exceptional. I highly recommend this property.

Awesome hotel, gave Fairmont type vibes. Rooms are very elegant. Many choices (hot and cold) for breakfast. We will be back!

The decor is beautiful, the room and bed so comfortable. Breakfast is worth the stay in itself. All round lovely place to stay. Soothing and restorative. Lovely old building full of history but completely updated.

This is truly a lovely boutique. The rooms are luxurious, comfortable, and clean. I love that they offer slippers and robes. Most recently I stayed in the Parkland Suite and it’s a unique room with a sunlit portico and a well-equipped kitchen. My only negative experience involves a staff member *clipping their fingernails!* in the breakfast area, a mere few feet away from the food and in full view of any guests. This staff member didn’t stop when I approached to grab more food, so clearly they didn’t think there was anything wrong. I, however, found it off-putting, unsanitary, and completely unprofessional. Would I still recommend the hotel? Yes. Overall, the rooms, the ambience, amenities, and service from other members of staff have all been great. I would happily stay here again, but I hope management takes time to train their staff on how to behave around guests and food.

This hotel is the nicest hotel I have ever stayed in. Such a beautiful hotel, excellent staff, and the breakfast was perfect! Will definitely come back!!
