Front staff were all extremely friendly. There was a weird smell in our room, sort of a chemical odor. The location was very close to downtown so that was convenient.

Nice and clean, will stay again

I booked a suite hotel and they gave me a regular room for 5 days. Because it snowed, I wanted to go back one day earlier, but the hotel refused to refund me one day's room rate. Actually, I didn't suffer any loss because I bought insurance. The hotel is generally new and the location is relatively remote. It is not recommended to stay here without a car. The hotel breakfast is not good, so it is better to buy it yourself. There is nothing to eat. It is too bad compared with Chinese hotels. The breakfast is negligible. The air conditioner is as loud as a tractor. I have never seen such a loud air conditioner. I am an old customer of Ctrip for 28 years. I always comment on hotels in a fair, just and open manner. I hope my comments will be helpful to everyone!

A very cost-effective hotel. The decoration is consistent with all the holiday inns on this trip, which are relatively new. The room space is OK, the sanitary conditions are good, there are fruits for breakfast, and the food selection is more than that of the holiday inns on this trip. Overall, I am quite satisfied.

I stayed here once before and it was pretty good. The second time I stayed here, the experience was a little bit worse. I guess it was mainly because I stayed here on the weekend and there were many guests in the hotel. I found that the soundproofing of the hotel was very poor. Also, the cleaning was not as good as before. The floor of the room I was assigned when I first checked in was sticky and there were stains on the bed sheets. After negotiating with the hotel to change rooms, I found that one of the beds in the second room also had dirty stains. I'm just speechless 😅
