When I got to my room it was ice cold. I turned on the heat. It got the room up to comfortable level but I woke up at 3 am with the heater off again.
The soaps in the showers were empty or barely there.
The safety lock was broken.
I feel like the room shouldn’t have been given to me.

No breakfast served either day of our stay; no signage to indicate this and we weren't told about it upon checkin, even though it had been an ongoing issue in the days prior. Staff was difficult to find and were not helpful when we asked about no breakfast. They said the oven was broken, but they didn't even serve cold items like juice and cereal. An email to the manager of the hotel went unanswered. They wouldn't call a manager, even though several guests at the desk were really upset and asking to speak with them. Rooms weren't stocked with towels or kleenex and only half rolls of toilet paper. Really disappointing stay. We wouldn't recommend this hotel at all.

I have sent in a review on a most recent stay of 3 nights. My major complaint is for Nanette, the receptionist when we arrived from San Diego flights. She was rude and basically yelled “identification and card” three times as we entered the building. I mentioned this to other staff members and they just rolled their eyes and apologized for her behavior. Get this. I said “I am looking forward to your breakfast”. She said “It is not available”. I said “Your advertisement says you do”. She said “We have breakfast but it is not available”. Then I said so you do not have breakfast and she just repeated her last comment. She should not be representing Holliday Inn Express nore *******. Dr. Don M. Herron

The hotel feels modern and new and extremely clean. The room was quiet and comfortable and check in was quick and easy. Would definitely recommend as this was one of the nicest holiday inn express locations I’ve stayed at.

We booked a suite and Rooms were not stocked with towels or Kleenex and half rolls of toilet paper. Breakfast was not served for the two days we stayed there with no notification that it wouldn’t be available when we checked in. Staff at the desk was tough to find, and they refused compensation or a call to management to voice concerns. They said the oven was broken and had been for several days prior, but not even juice or cold items were served. We were super frustrated with this experience and having to go out for breakfast was an added expense and delayed our morning plans. Would not recommend this hotel if this is how it is managed.

Perfect location for anyone visiting Ballantyne area.Beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms clean. We thought the cost was reasonable because they offered a full breakfast which we thoroughly enjoyed our first morning. Then their oven broke. They could have simply abbreviated the options and offered cold cereal, yogurt, fruit, toast, bagels, and pancakes, juice, and coffee. Nope. Nothing but coffee and short supply of that. I know you can't predict equipment malfunctions but better decisions should have been made. Didn't ruin our time there but we'll be leery of any future bookings.

There was no breakfast either morning, only one wash cloth and face towel in the room and the front desk told me to come get them downstairs. There was mold in the shower.

They advertise breakfast. However, I stayed 3 days and no breakfast was available to anyone. No juice etc. they should offer us a refund of some sort.

I have stayed here around 30 nights this year. I have even brought my employees there for meetings and booked rooms and conference room. So it used to be good....but no more. The staff is rude. Customer service is terrible. Wifi sucks. And then they checked me in and gave me a room/key that somebody else was in. Lucky that i wasnt shot. I wont stay here again. I need to find a better place.
