The noise level from other guests was awful. Our second night there we complained twice - we were still kept awake at 2:00 am. When we checked out we mentioned it to the front desk staff. No apology- she acted like she didn’t care. We won’t be staying there again- or recommending it to our friends.

The bar was nice and food was good. Not sure why the breakfast cost so much. Other hotels have the same options for free

We got one of the renovated rooms and they did an excellent job. The breakfast bar was absolutely amazing.

It was across the street from the convention center. The motel was good and comfortable. Had to pay for parking there but it was worth it. No breakfast and it was $17 if you wanted, but declined. The lady at the front desk, when we checked in was rude. Tge roo. Was good comfortable beds and clean. Will probably stay there if we ever go back for a concert.

Easy to get to and in to check and park . Quick smooth check in. Room was ready clean and comfortable. Good place to stay for concert if attending venue is located right across street. Very nice breakfast bar. Would definitely stay again.

This is an older well established hotel so renovations were not a surprise. They have an on site parking garage and their breakfast buffet was amazing. I recommend they’re made to order omelettes. The room was clean and quiet. There were people around us but other than a few thumps from the floor above, we didn’t hear a sound all night. My only complaint is that I booked a room that ******* said had a balcony and was looking forward to enjoying that feature. However all the balconies have been permanently closed by the city of Charleston and the doors only open 4” to allow for ventilation. Other than that small disappointment our stay was exactly what we needed…quiet, clean and relaxing.

Overall, the property was in good condition . The hall carpet on the 5th floor was uneven and I nearly tripped on it twice. Three days in a row the clerk at the main desk looked like he had just gotten out of bed

Short stay for us but the room was very clean and staff very nice. Enjoyed a good breakfast the next morning.
