Plaza Chapala Hotel

Struggled with shower to get warm water. Was a bit surprised by this as priced higher than other places. Location was very good though.

They didn’t clean our room, very bad experience comeback from a wedding and found our room the same way we left, they didn’t make the bed and didn’t clean the bathroom

Very convenient since it is across the street from the plaza

The breakfast was excellent! The staff was very accommodating! The garden was lovely! The location was perfect!

I loved my stay at Plaza Chapala Hotel! The location is two blocks to the Malecon, the rooms are nice and the breakfast was wonderful. I loved the garden! I drank my coffee and read a book there every morning.

No food or wine bottle permitted in room. The room was immediately behind area of check-in, so could hear all that noise. no outside window. Closet area smelled very moldy. That said it was a very good location and the breakfast was good and the room was clean.

Beautiful grounds and great location Plaza Chapala Hotel is in great location and is close to shopping, food and the city Centro. The grounds were lush and lovely and the staff was wonderful.

A blend of old beauty and modern ideas When you walk in, the grand staircase, Mexico style, presents a lush garden view as you ascend the stairs. The front desk, well versed in English, greets you warmly. The staff is friendly, well trained, and informative. You get a feeling they really care about your stay. They say, they are there to answer any of my needs. You are shown around your room, TV, Air-con, Fan, safe, how keys work for night closed doors and any other questions I can ask.

Breakfast was find. I did not use the pool.
