Good location. Very good service. Very good laundry service . Breakfast is good and vegetarian friendly. Staff very friendly and helpful. Can book transport via the hotel desk . Hotel is very new, opened in sept/oct 2025 .

A traditional building with clean and modern amenities. The location is on a quiet stretch but near the busy shopping street. Owner was very kind and shared with us many attractions and shopping tips on our first day. He was also quick to help us with issues we had not relating to our stay there. Do note that there are rooms with narrow staircase, and might not be convenient for people with mobility issues.

Hotel is located near to old street and very convenient. Hotel staffs is very helpful and friendly. They even help to collect our parcel. Overall is very fantastic stay.

The location is perfect if you would like to explore the old town. Spacious, clean, and convenient room. The breakfast buffet has wide selection and reasonable price. Friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommended for tourists.

Exceptional Stay – Truly Felt at Home From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm and professional welcome from the front desk team. Specially thanks to Miss 樱桃. Every staff member I encountered – from reception to housekeeping – went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Their friendliness, efficiency, and genuine hospitality really made me feel valued as a guest. They even help me to follow up with my taobao delivery of parcels. Well down for all staff. The hotel’s room & lobby cleanliness is well-maintained. My room felt fresh, tidy, and inviting, with thoughtful touches that showed the care and attention put into daily upkeep. The housekeeping team did an amazing job, and I truly appreciated their promptness and consistency throughout my stay. The location is also a major highlight – conveniently situated near key attractions located inside Chaozhou oldtown, dining options, yet peaceful enough for a restful night’s sleep. It made exploring the area effortless, and I could easily return to the hotel for a quick rest before heading out again. Take note this hotel is located inside the old town, may need to walk to main road for didi. The amenities exceeded my expectations. The facilities were modern, well-equipped, and thoughtfully designed to cater to both leisure and big group of families. From the relaxing lounge areas to the private villa facilities with massage chair and in-room conveniences, everything was in place to make my stay both enjoyable and productive. Overall, my experience here was nothing short of excellent. It’s rare to find a place that delivers consistently on all fronts – cleanliness, service, location, and amenities – but this hotel truly does. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team for their dedication and kindness. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area, and I look forward to returning in the future.

I had a wonderful stay at the Crowne Plaza Chao Zhou Riverside because of its strategic location for Guang Ji Qiao lighting show from my window. The staff were friendly and attentive, namely Miss Jenny Zhang, who served us promptly at the counter. Another guy, Mr Tom Fang,   took hiring and calling for the 'Didi travel' to and fro for our dinner. Moreover, Mr Jason Chen,who is the 值班经理 also acted friendly, deligent, helpful, and professional in his  services for our stay and tour. In fact, we appreciated it very much for such a warmth hospitality. Besides, the room was clean and conducive, and the facilities were excellent. We especially enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere here. Thank you for making our stay pleasant and memorable. We look forward to returning soon and introduce to friends and relatives as well.

First time staying this hotel. Newly renovated. Will stay again if needed.

The location is good. There is a food street right outside. Chaozhou food is delicious and inexpensive. Another 10 minutes walk is to the Archway Street. The inn environment is really good, clean, quiet and comfortable, and the setting style is classical and elegant. Not bad, I will book your inn next time I come👍
