Probably the cleanest hotel room I've stayed in. No stains on the walls like some of the higher starred hotels, service is exceptionally warm, friendly, and professional, room is noticeably clean, very comfortable air scent, nice big TV, and etc. I enjoy walking while vacationing so I don't mind experiencing the local neighborhood atmosphere. Recommend.

A quiet homestay in the middle of nowhere. Indeed, as the lady boss said: the room is clean and tidy, and the family stays very comfortable. The bedding and bedding are of very good quality, and the fussy husband says that he slept well! The location of the B&B is also very advantageous. It is very close to Abin Beef, Fish Sashimi, Morning Tea, Paifang Street and Guangji Tower! The first impression of coming to Chaozhou is because of the Yijian Apartment, it has become very close and beautiful! I will choose here if I have the opportunity to come!

主人很熱情，入住期間一直有在協助我們，還送了我們她自製的陳皮，首先表示感謝。
民宿地理位置處於古城旁邊的居民區，道路比較狹窄，我們開商務車進去不太好開，當天車太多民宿自己的停車位太滿安排了附近的停車場給我們停，稍微有些麻煩但問題也不算大。走路去古城也很方便，地點還是不錯的。
民宿有電梯，這點對長者家很友好，好評。
房間比較簡單，我們是五個成人，原來訂的房間到場看過之後不太滿意決定補一點錢換成三居室，舒適很多。屋內有茶具，衞生還不錯，就是洗手間可能需要再細緻一些。總體來説居住體驗還是不錯的，推薦哦。

酒店是幾位年輕人在管理，很有親和力，互動很好，讓人感到舒適。
酒店處於老城區，生活方便，很有煙火氣。離潮州古城也近。不足之處是酒店停車場很小，房間硬件條件屬於經濟型。短期歇歇腳還行。

總體來説挺不錯的，老闆娘很熱情的介紹了附近的景點和飯館，還送了自己做的零食，房間很乾凈離景點也近，唯一要説的就是洗澡那個水時冷時熱的根本沒法洗，剛沖濕了水就涼了，洗澡非常不方便
