Having stayed in numerous hotels, this is by far the worst I've ever encountered. I genuinely believed a 4-diamond hotel wouldn't be that bad, but the reality was utterly disappointing. It felt as if the staff were put to work without any training whatsoever. The service attendants spoke like robots, couldn't answer any questions, and completely lacked basic customer service etiquette or any awareness of serving guests. They were aloof, tight-lipped, and gave off a 'too-cool-to-care' vibe. At one point, I even ran into a woman who appeared to be a manager, laughing loudly and talking boisterously as she walked – completely unprofessional. As for the hotel breakfast, it was simply indescribable. It felt like a 'famine year' spread; the only goal seemed to be to fill your stomach, with endless porridge and coarse grains. The mini-fridge in the room contained just two bottles of the cheapest beverages, and the hand soap dispenser wouldn't dispense anything, no matter how hard I tried. It was a thoroughly dreadful stay – a complete disaster! If only they had invested in professional training for their staff, the experience wouldn't have been this abysmal!
