第二次來潮州，這次住宿酒店體驗非常之差，這個酒店外觀已破舊，內部管理更是差中之差，從前台到後廚一個好臉色都沒有，遙控器不管用，扔給我兩塊電池讓我自己去換，酒店看似很大衹有一部電梯，走廊地毯已經快包漿了，所謂山景房就是房間裏一個小窗户直接面對外面不知會不會倒塌的土包，所謂的智能無飛是語音控制了窗簾電視和電燈。還有，洗漱台居然就在床旁邊，這不怕潮濕？進酒店停車場的門口超級窄，沒技術的別進哈。總之這次真的感覺非常非常不滿意，差評！

房間挺好的嘛，給我們升級了，沒施沒問題的，衞生也是乾淨整潔，服務周到滿意，周邊就離景區不遠，送了早餐雙床房比大床大一點。位置絕佳，離古城很近。停車方便，有充電。設施挺新的，工作人員熱情友好！
