Booked here by phone. they said they would put us in kondylaki. Asked if we could add an extra person as in the pictures for that one it shows 2 beds. we were told they would get back to us. They never did and cancelled our original booking so last minute we had to try and find another place. Be careful as they have a few cretan berry and they mess you around according to their own availiability.

Our room was very clean, we faced amazing hospitality of the stuff and the location was the best. The hotel is located in the heart of Chania harbour with just a few minutes walk to the sea. We really had a great experience and surely we will stay again if we visit Chania in the near future

We spent 5 nights here and I must say everything was excellent! Excellent hotel with excellent location located at the city center,extremely clean, comfortable and immaculate! Another thing that makes this such a good place to stay is the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. Looking forward to staying here every time will visit Chania!
