Can you say that you are worthy of this price, the decoration is very old. The sound insulation is not good, after all, there is only 100 yuan a room can be asked. During the Chinese New Year, breakfast was gone, and I knew it when I checked in. Trip.com and the hotel have not communicated in advance.

It is a good place for business trip, there are many factories nearby. The internet is strong and stable, the staff does not speak English but they are friendly willing to help and have good manners. The hotel is clean. Breakfast not too many choices but it is OK food seems to be fresh. There is a laundry and a small gym where you can exercise. Convenience store, and pharmacy nearby. As everywhere in China windows are not sealed well and you can feel the wind blowing at night and it will be cold without AC, but in comparison to other places I have been it is a little bit better. I would recommend asking for a room facing to the backyard, because mine which was facing to the street was a little bit loud. This is not a 5-star hotel but it is worth the price and I would come back here.

The first time I stayed at this hotel, the environment was very good after entering the store. The hotel was also close to the North Station. It was very convenient to catch the high-speed rail on business trips. The staff at the front desk were very warm and polite when I checked in. At the same time, the service was good. The room was clean and tidy. The room is large, with smart curtains and a home theater, clean and sanitary, and the service is very thoughtful and enthusiastic. . We happened to encounter a typhoon when we stayed there. We were very comfortable and happy in the hotel, and the children shouted that they would stay here again next time. . One thing to mention is that the TV is small, and the remote control is not sensitive. It takes too much effort to press it. I hope it can be improved.

MMatibengaThe service at the hotel was excellent, they were polite and very helpful. Any questions that you asked, they answered without hesitation. Overall the staff, were the best if I have to compare with other big and small hotels that I have been to. My friend and I booked the hotel together. The rooms were very very nice. We loved them. It was easy to travel around the resort, they have golf carts that can take you around the resort. So many activities to do there. You need to speak a little bit of Chinese though. But in case you don’t they will find someone to help you there.
The hotel package we took included the hot springs, spar and breakfast. It was worth it.
The springs are the best. There is also an infinity pool. The people there are very helpful, great service. It was easy to spot two foreigners but they treated us with so much kindness, especially the man and woman at the fish spring and the little cafe there names: 张浩川, 张刘纪 and 彭玉琴.
So Hentique hotels and resort is huge. The area and the activities you can do there are plenty. You can get on a helicopter(480rmb), boat(272rmb) it includes going to the islands and mountain hiking, horse riding and many more. You just have to come with a good budget. Breakfast is at the big hotel that has a great view of the lake.
Hentique pinecone has different restaurants around, the food is between 100 -300 per person. I suggest you bring snacks because there aren’t any shops close by. The big hotel has a shop where you can buy snacks for a price, and an all day restaurant. We ended up moving from hentique pinecone hotel to the big hotel but paid a little bit more and was worth every penny. The hotel really good, with a nice view, the manager on duty that day August 16th 2023 was the best manager, I forgot his name. His English was very very good. He answered all questions and helped us transfer from 松果 to the big hotel.
Having being in China for a long time, this was the best trip ever, with the best service. We will surely go back to this place.

NNicoleneOverall the stay wasn’t awful, but it wasn’t great. I just wanted to say that the staff are amazing, super helpful and assisted when they could but I did have to ask for help often. The pool is basically still water as it doesn’t have a filter , so there was algae in it, which isn’t great.. the bath was broken but they said people don’t use them, my friend and I wanted to use it as that’s why we booked this hotel so we ended up fixing it ourselves. Lunch and dinner options were limited and they don’t really have a cook most the time. You call get a didi to the hotel but you they won’t pick you up there unless you prebook, the hotel can give you a contact for a driver and he’s amazing and willing to work for a full day with out worry, his prices are low and he even spoke to people when we needed tickets to attractions so we didn’t have to use a translator app. Overall the stay was lovely, but it’s not ideal if you want to travel around.

The hotel environment is clean and tidy, with complete supporting facilities, tea room, chess and card room, KTV, billiard room, game console, outdoor swimming pool and other leisure and entertainment facilities. In winter, there is a fireplace to heat the fire, make tea in the stove, and you can also row in the lake at the door. , Fishing 🎣, it is really a tourist holiday. A good place for team building. Finally, the hotel's service is really thoughtful and feels at home.

AAnonymous UserRecommend this hotel. Don't underestimate the old hotel, the service is first-class, much better than many new hotels.
Hygiene: After staying for a few nights, I will do a good job of hygiene every day, change new towels, supplement toilet paper and toothbrushes.
Environment: Sleep quietly at night, pillows have different softness options. It is about ten minutes walk from the subway station and not far from the large shopping mall.
Service: I originally booked a triple room, but in maintenance, we changed a very good large suite, and a double standard room, no extra charge. Four bottles of mineral water will be added every day, and the service is very good.

AAnonymous UserUsually I stay in this hotel when I travel to Jintan on business and I liked it before. But this time it was really bad. I ordered twin beds, they gave us one bad. The slippers that are supposed to be new, one slipper was completely wet unfree I unpacked them. The room was cold. We lived 2 people in the room, but they have only 1 card per room. We are 2 adult people staying in one room and having things to do. How are we supposed to have 1 card per room? What kind of policy is that? What kind of joke? My friend was coming from business trip at 10 pm, I was coming back at 6, am I supposed to sit and wait for her for 4 hours? This is ridiculous. Also, I’m coming back late the next day, very tired, with heavy bags, and when I arrive in my room I find that my card doesn’t work so I have to go back to the reception and ask to renew the card which she refused. It is a disaster
