Great place. Customer service is excellent. I was given a nice letter with yogurt and tangerines as a welcome gift and throughout my stay there. The room was clean and spacious. I forgot my laptop in my room after checking out and was able to retrieve it. The only downside is that even if the bathtub was clean there was still stains on it removing the stain and having nice white bathtubs will make it perfect!

I always use and stay here. I reserved a room with a bathtub. It was renewed and beautiful. Breakfast has a variety of options. The subway takes about 5 minutes and connects to two Shinkansen stations. very convenient.
