A great alternative hotel option in this area…deceptively spacious rooms, impressive facilities and excellent staff. The evening buffet is exceptional value for money but don’t expect much service after 8pm! There doesn’t seem to be a bar although there was beer available at the buffet dinner.

凌晨入住，前台沒有人，等了快半小時，打了很多個電話才有一個前台姍姍來遲，到了就説是在處理客人的事，詢問什麼事後含糊不清不願回答。入住後洗手池上有明顯污漬。預訂的是湖景房，以為是西太湖，早上才發現衹是一片小池塘。總之，體驗感極差。

精美雙人下午茶:竟然出現了過期食品，2022年7月27日生產的餅乾，保質期9個月，2023年4月29日出現在酒店下午茶的餐桌，不管是有意還是無意，過期食品就不應該出現，差評！

房間設施非常的差，都是十幾年前的老物件了，1000塊錢一晚的費用真不低！不知道那裡來的自信！趕緊重建吧，對了
精美雙人下午茶:一袋瓜子，一份水果，還有一杯茶水（那水壺倒的那種）咖啡就更別提了，早餐自動咖啡機沖的那種

很好的酒店，適合家庭出遊。位置佳，緊鄰西太湖，出門就是露營休閑的好去處。適合週末放鬆休閑。晚餐説是很多，但遺憾是當點菜時説沒有了，可能包廂會好些吧。

都挺好，就是在大廳飯店吃飯，吧枱裏的一個女服務員一直大聲的用手機聯網輔導小孩作業，很不專業，叫她開票也沒開出來，五星酒店裡的飯店，應該專業點。
