Dongfang Huayi Hotel

The front desk staff, Xiao Yu and Xiao Qiu, were incredibly warm and attentive. Check-in was fast and efficient. They had friendly smiles, professionally answered all my questions, and proactively helped with luggage storage. The environment was cozy and comfortable, with thoughtful attention to detail, and the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of choices. Overall, the experience exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend!

Overall, the experience was excellent. The lobby is grand and spotless, and the rooms are spacious and bright with great soundproofing, ensuring a good night's sleep. The facilities are comprehensive, and the service is attentive and meticulous. It's incredibly convenient for both travel and relaxation, making it an ideal choice for business trips and extended stays.

The hotel is new, beautiful, and well-equipped. There's welcome fruit and a Nespresso machine available. Perhaps because it's newly opened and not many guests, the breakfast wasn't very complete. I would definitely return to this hotel if I have the chance.

The location is excellent, just 50 meters from Gelin Park. The underground parking is large, and there are charging stations for electric vehicles. The rooms are five-star amenities, and the service is superb. Hua Lei at the front desk called in advance to inquire about our needs and provided our location. Upon check-in, they even provided two small slippers and toiletries. Breakfast was self-selected in advance and delivered to the room according to our requested time. Very good, highly recommended!

Overall, the experience at the Oriental Huayi Hotel was excellent. Xiao Qiu at the front desk was particularly outstanding; her warm attitude and efficient work made me feel right at home. The rooms were clean and tidy, the facilities were new and well-soundproofed, the location was convenient, and the service and quality were consistently top-notch. Highly recommended!

The room was quite spacious, clean, and the service was good. I would definitely choose to stay here again when I visit relatives and friends in Changzhou.

從公區到客房，環境都很好，連裝飾品都很有品味。房間配了空氣凈化器，入住前也都在通風，住下來感覺沒有異味。帶家人住這個套房也很合適，按摩椅很給力，吹風機戴森，洗浴用品也很好。 最可圈可點的是服務。可以説是細緻入微。感覺每個工作人員的待客態度和服務都是意識超強。大堂的朱經理和華蕾等都記得客人的小要求，提前準備好小童物品和佈置，小孩都入住得很開心。第一天不知道要掃碼登記付了六元停車費，朱經理知道後第二天還特地安排人退錢給我。 還有早餐也完全品質種類在線，薺菜餛飩的心都是新鮮的味道。太好了，完全意外的那種滿意。住了這麼多酒店集團的高端品牌，這裏毫不遜色而且價格也超級合適。甚至查了下是不是也是連鎖，以便以後去其他地方也留意這個品牌，才發現衹有這家。寶藏來着。 希望可以堅持下去啊～～
