It was too warm in the room, around 30 degrees. In ur room it was not possible to turn off the heating. Even the service staff could not help.
We changed then to another room whivh was also too warm. Only solution was to keep the window open for the whole night.
Beside that the staff was very friendly.

非常典型的，裝修老舊，服務老派的老酒店
預訂最貴的標間，什麼氧吧房，登記入住時問前台男性服務員，這個最貴的和便宜一些的有什麼區別
頭也不抬不假思索答曰:沒有區別
大哥你編也編一個理由啊，畢竟它價錢是有區別的啊
入住後瓶裝水喝完了
打電話給前台申請拿瓶礦泉水
答曰：今天的免費水額度已用完，可以送，但加錢
明碼標價沒毛病，但我再住你一次算我有毛病

選了好久才確定的酒店，但仍然很是失望。第一天由於高鐵車次較晚，辦理入住時已經將近晚上十點，一進房間就感覺味道很大，以為開窗後能夠緩解，又帶着長者實在不方便，就沒有更換酒店，結果第二天出去一天回來仍然很大的味道。而且衞生情況不好，地毯不乾淨，入住當晚用電壺做水時發現裏面還有臟東西。果斷退房。唯一可取的是服務態度和早餐還算可以。

酒店交通方便，去高鐵站及市博物館等都非常方便，去城隍廟及上黨門等景點步行就可到達。酒店工作人員服務熱情，耐心為我指路。房間裏設施齊全，酒店裝修豪華。下次來長治還會入住這裏。

首先説好的，服務不錯，早餐很好，位置也在市中心。還幫我免費升級房間。
其次不好的，酒店房間太老了。房間空調控制面板壞了，不靈敏。續航好臟，沖了一遍再放水還是臟。早上洗澡，熱水要放好幾分鐘。
總體來説，入住體驗感一般，應該不會再去了。
