Lotte Mart and Lotte Department Store are nearby. Sangnam-dong downtown is a walkable distance, but you have to walk a bit to catch the bus. Since it was newly built, the facility was definitely clean, but there were hairs from previous guests left in some noticeable places, but it wasn't a big concern. The staff were all friendly and kind, so I checked in and out comfortably. I think I will book without hesitation the next time I stay again.

I have always had a soft spot for this place because they have good Filipino bands playing in the basement restaurant. I finally stayed at this place years after visiting it. It was a nice place to stay, with friendly and efficient people. I wanted to stay again but for some reason the price spiked the following week so I had to opt for a cheaper place. It is hit or miss if it is within range of what I am willing to pay for a hotel of that quality. Overall, it is a good place and I hope to stay there again.

This is a newer hotel that is good for westerners in Changwon. Modern interior, but smaller front desk operation. The rooms have good ac and walk in shower. Smaller storage space. Breakfast can be included with the price. Good breakfast and coffee machine for me. Ask for a small omelette. I have stayed various places in Changwon and this is good, price conscious as well. The downtown area is closer to big stores for trip related items and many small downtown restaurants that are excellent, authentic.

What I like about Grand Mercure Ambassador is that they never lack the Hospitality that I need whenever I am abroad. From the reception staff, housekeeping and the restaurant, they are all very kind, courteous and helpful. The rooms and facilities on some floors were renovated. And the location is still one of the biggest positives of this hotel. Food assortment is still a little bit of issue specially if you are staying more than 3 days. Nevertheless, It is an excellent hotel with wonderful people.

Pros: Good water pressure. Good location of hotel. Lots of restaurants around Cons: The wedding hall is on the high floor, so the use of Elbe is not smooth at weekend wedding peak time. Wedding guests burst into Elbe at check-out time... The worst is breakfast. It was 7-9 o'clock operation time and I visited at 8 o'clock, and even if the customers with the tickets stood at the entrance, the staff just looked at and served. When I asked, I came and asked me to stand for 15 minutes because the order was pushed. Waiting? There are many empty seats, can't you sit and wait? I couldn't distinguish it, so I went to the hotel room and waited and came in 15 minutes. There were more than 50 seats in the empty seats, but the staff seemed to be a lack of Capa covering the order. If you can't respond to the number of staff and the number of customers, you can separate the seats that you can order rather than the suggestion to wait in the hotel room and reduce the inconvenience of moving to the remaining waiting seats. It looks more wise. So I waited in the hotel room for 15 minutes, and 2 menu materials were exhausted out of 5 menu. Close to the bus terminal and large underground parking lot, parking is easy. Easy access if you go to Changwon or Masan, but hotel There are few downtown or shopping streets around. The facilities in the hotel are also poor. The rooms are in good condition and soundproofed, so it's good to take a quiet rest.

It was clean and nice. I deliberately chose a place with a bathtub, which may be why the shower booth was small, but the bathtub attached to the toilet was spacious and nice. However, the TV has a function that automatically turns off if it is not operated for a certain period of time, but no matter what I do, it is not recognized as having been operated, so my companion and I were sweating in the middle. I wish there was a manual or some prior guidance regarding this.

Stayed on a trip with three adults, parents. The hotel was clean and soundproof. Tancheon next to the hotel gives you comfort, it is under construction across the street, but it is not noisy at all. There is a lot of parking space. I had a late night meal with a cup noodle and a drink I received while I checked in. The breakfast sandwich was delicious too. Quiet and comfortable ㆍ Recommended if you are looking for a fragile.

This hotel is great! Located in a quiet and beautiful area near a beautiful lake. Our room was nice and very clean with all necessary amenities. Excellent service and very helpful staff members. Wonderful breakfast in AM. My husband and myself enjoyed greatly our time in this hotel.

It was more convenient than a 4-5 star hotel. Some places were tired because there was no bathtub, but I was sorry that I couldn't get a semi-body bath, and some places had to rent because there was no charger, but both were provided here. Wi-Fi is also convenient... However, I smelled a lot because I sprayed the febrizzes too much. I slept while continuing to ventilate, it rained at night and I only got cold ... (maybe it took ..) ... sensitive to the smell, so this was a star. I don't know if I will go again. ㅠ Still the price is cheap and good place.
