這次入住非常糟糕失望！2500一晚上的價格給的房間破破爛爛，桌子皮都裂開，牀頭櫃都是灰，浴缸的水穩不穩定，基本是温水，設施窗簾都老舊了！黴味很大潮濕，疫情前住過體驗感印象不錯所以再次帶家人來，太失望了。非常不滿意！以後再也不回來了！重點是我在攜程上訂的房間圖案和辦理入住的房型設施完全牛頭不對馬嘴，服務工作人員也是木納呆滯毫無服務意識！沒有信用的商家。

定的一棟小木屋，兩個大床房型。樓上是餐廳、小衞生間、客廳、和陽台。樓下兩個房間都有獨立的衞生間。整體寬敞，住着方便，就是因為在山裡，蚊蟲較多，最好帶上防蚊蟲噴霧。

天柱山頂環境很美，空氣好，安靜。沒怎麼拍照，山上玩兒的也多，要出去玩酒店接駁車來的很快，工作人員態度很好，需求都會盡量滿足，房間挺乾淨的，一家人玩兒的開心，就是比較貴，不然每個月來住幾天應該很好。

第一次給酒店差評，我感覺我就是花了一千多去找不爽，酒店的水非常的臟，裏面全都是黑色顆粒物，但是酒店完全沒有告知我們，我們喝了一天噁心的水，然後半夜的時候還有蟑螂爬到我們床上來，抽屜裏還有上一個客户留下的垃圾沒有清理！找了他們工作人員問，跟我説可能是太久沒用了導致裏面有臟東西，我想問下你們酒店關了2年多，剛剛開業了2個月，水裡面有臟東西你們不知道？有蟑螂了就跟我説可能是因為在山裡所以才會有，半夜爬到床上！最後就是關於他們的處理方式，工作人員衹是一味的道歉。説跟領導反應了，然後就沒有然後了，完全沒有一個處理方案給我們消費者，最後竟然説給我延遲退房到下午兩點！然後早上送來玩偶，中午送來所謂的午餐，我差你那點東西？這麼大一個酒店，最便宜的房間一天1700多，就給我們消費者這樣的體驗？建議大家要去的話可以看看我的真實體驗考慮考慮

房間乾淨衞生整潔舒適，在山裡的房子居然沒有潮濕的味道，也沒有各種小蟲小動物。服務員偉平全程貼心服務，關心我們每日三餐，關心我們的體驗感，這是我第一次碰到這麼好的服務員小哥，必須10分好評。

之前來住過兩次，後來想訂，發現酒店由於疫情關閉了。時隔兩年，今年9月又開始試營業。小木屋在山上，要自駕上去比較方便，離園區還是有一段距離。賣點在於山上環境很清幽，房客之間互不幹擾。但這兩年周邊很多新的酒店，對比下來3600多兩室這個價格又不含門票，就有點過高，而且早餐沒什麼吃的，煮麪加料也僅有小腸、豬血、木耳三種，讓人有點無語。中晚餐又要另外收費，算下來性價比就變得很低了。
