This hotel has a fabulous location, situated in Changshu downtown area and steps away from restaurants and shopping marts. it is also very close to major tourist sites along the Yu Mountain. The rooms are diverse, spacious, neatly clean and sufficiently equipped with everything you need during your stay. The restaurant is spacious and provides a wide range and varied breakfast. An extensive lunch and dinner menu is also included. The quality of the food is excellent and their must be a master-cooker in the kitchen. The background music was in harmony of the moment. The staff are friendly, helpful and, above all, caring their guests. It is making a stay at this Pullman hotel particularly enjoyable. This hotel manages to continue to guarantee health and hygiene, without you as a guest experiencing any inconvenience. All staff deserve appreciation.
