Vienna Hotel (Changshu Binjiang)

For convenience, I chose to stay in this hotel. I lived on and off for two months. I thought the environment was better, but one night I found that there was a little strong in the room. After informing the front desk, I found some reasons. After communication, I agreed to change rooms. And bugs! Because I am used to drinking mineral water, I will ask the front desk to deliver a few more bottles of mineral water every day. The funny thing is that the waiter came and told me that there were only 4 bottles of water per day, and the room fee was more than 300 per day. After staying for so long, they told me that because every day The amount of drinking water is too large, and the excess mineral water has to be paid. I have stayed in so many hotels, large and small, and this is the first time I told me that the hotel has limited supply of mineral water.

房間很乾凈，靠近街道但很安靜，前台接待很負責。離商業街很近下樓就是比較熱鬧，因為過年很多商家還沒有開所以人少了一些。第二次來常熟，第一次住的鉑爾曼，第二次住的維也納，維也納的性價比很高。

酒店在江南印象商業街上，周邊吃喝方便，酒店免費停車，房間乾淨衞生，前台小盧服務態度很好 以後再來常熟還住着這

熱水壞了，搶修也不太給力，晚上18點説20點可以修好，20點説23點可以修好，23點説修好了衹有20°第二天早上肯定好，第二天早上9點依舊沒有改善

前台服務態度差，辦理入住的時候一副非常不友好不耐煩的，這點給人感覺非常不好。 內部環境不知道，不做評價，幫朋友定的房間，陪着辦理入住的時候給予前台服務差評

房間太小，介紹是説房間有30個平米實際沒有。衞生間都不如一般的旅社…隔音差早上被吵醒。

房型還可以，除了進房間就有一股很強的煙味。酒店周邊環境不錯，吃着玩樂，應有盡有，停車方便。早餐簡簡單單快捷便利
