The underground parking is free and there are many parking spaces. The hotel parking lot is in B2. These two points are not bad. I booked two rooms and went to the hotel to check in at 3:30 pm. I was told that there were no rooms. I waited for an hour and only one room was opened. Another room was made to wait for half an hour. Finally, it was given to a different floor. I spent the whole afternoon in Changsha doing nothing and just waited. We had afternoon tea in the room, except for the coffee machine, which consisted of noodles, porridge, fruits and snacks. There was basically no breakfast. We started eating at 7 o'clock. Except for the freshly cooked noodles, everything else was cold. The service was poor. Special praise to Ctrip customer service for providing a solution to the feedback problem within half an hour. Must like 👍🏻
