Excellent location. Reception is on the 6th floor, breakfast and afternoon tea also served on the 6th floor. Rooms are on 4th, 5th and 6th floors. I booked 3 same type of rooms and they upgraded 1 room which is facing the street, a bit noisy in the night with vehicles honking till around 11 pm or so. View was only looking at the IFS building. Room was ok spacious but no luggage racks to put them up. We put our big bag on the couch and the small one on the table. I like the toilet where there’s a sanitizer that you could use to wipe the toilet seat, also in public toilet on 6th floor. We received excellent services from when we checked in till check out. Check in staff 小梅explained things in details to us. The staff 荔枝姐姐 provided caring service during our afternoon tea and whenever we sat there to talk, if she was on duty, she would bring us the free lemon tea. Breakfast has bread, yogurt, fruits, and Chinese style breakfast. My 2 friends had to share the bed and wanted a blanket each so we called housekeeping. When they came with the blanket, they didn’t just pass it to them, but made the bed for them. Praise! Another excellent thing was, you could leave your dirty clothes (no socks, no underwears) at the reception in the morning, and they will wash, dry, fold and you go and pick it up after you come back in the night. Upon check out, the staff asked if we needed more bottle water and gave us a bag of goodbye gifts, which had 2 eye masks, 2 wet towels and a snack. Highly recommend this hotel even though it was a bit hard to get off the didi as there isn’t really a good spot to stop. We got dropped off in the middle of the road and had to call didi to the HSR station in the middle of the road as well. First time experiencing this.

Friendly receptionist from 小露，小梅and 思思. clean room and good amenities. We stayed here for 3 nights come with 3 days breakfast. Strategic location just opposite IFC shopping mall and walking distance from 黄兴 train station. Overall very satisfied with the service.

Rooms are small but comfortable. The staff is very friendly and able to help you with the laundry. The clean clothes can be collected on the same day. Location is very good with food street and IFS around.

This hotel is in a very convenient location. Full of shopping and food within 2-3 minutes walk away. Huangxing pedestrian walk is within 3-4 minutes walk away. You can exit IFS exit 9 at Wuyi square mrt, turn left after the exit at the main street and walk for 3-4 minutes to reach the hotel. There is a lot of exit in IFS and IFS is full of shopping and food. There is this lady name 荔枝 sister who has helped me with my laundry and served me afternoon tea in the hotel which was very good. Thumbs up! The reception at the hotel was helpful too with ordering food which was delivered to the hotel for me.

The staff are exceptionally soft-spoken and attentive! ✅ What's more, they have an amazing concierge service with a vast array of items you can borrow. Forgot your contact lens solution or makeup remover wipes? No worries – just order from your room, and the front desk will send it up via robot! Truly thoughtful! Upon check-in, you receive complimentary afternoon tea. They also offer a comforting late-night snack (porridge) and coffee, and even provide free luggage delivery to the airport or high-speed rail station! The mini-fridge is also stocked with complimentary drinks. Staying here is genuinely worth every penny! 🤭🥹🥹🥹 If you're visiting Changsha, look no further – this is the place to stay!

I spent days researching hotels for my trip to Changsha, and I'm so glad I chose this one! The location is absolutely fantastic 👍, right across from IFS International Finance Square. It's incredibly convenient for getting around! (Wuyi Square, IFS International Finance Square, Huangxing Square, Pozi Street, Taiping Street are all easily accessible.) Plus, the subway station 🚇 is just 300 meters from the exit! They even offer free luggage delivery service to the airport or high-speed rail station! !

Very convenient location, next to the busy shopping area and all you want. Friendly staff and clean rooms, perfect service. Offer clothing washing and dry service. Will stay again definitely.

The hotel is excellent! Highly recommended. Location: Very strategic location where just in the middle of Wuyi Square and super close to walking streets. Food: Easily and plenty choices of food in surrounding area. Room: Clean and the beds are comfortable. The room size is just nice for 3 pax. They provide free toiletries and just request from recep. Service: They provide free laundry service. Breakfast is good. The room I booked comes with free complimentary of six palaces’ refreshments/afternoon tea and goodnight porridge.

The hotel boasts a fantastic location right in the city center, directly opposite IFS. The rooms are well-appointed and come with thoughtful amenities like mouthwash and a vanity mirror. They even provided a complimentary souvenir upon departure. The coffee was excellent. The lobby features a unique design, and there's even an adorable robot.

Our room was spotless, and the excellent soundproofing meant we couldn't hear any outside noise at night. The location was also quite good; we could see the IFC right from our window. Plus, there's a Cha Yan Yue Se and various snack options located right downstairs. They offer a fantastic amenity service too! I'd forgotten my contact lens solution and makeup remover wipes, but after ordering them directly from my room, the front desk had a robot deliver them – such a thoughtful touch! Upon check-in, we were treated to complimentary afternoon tea, a warming 'goodnight porridge,' and coffee. And as an added convenience, they even offer luggage delivery to the airport or high-speed train station. All in all, a really great stay!

The hotel is centrally located. While the room was compact, it had everything we needed. Both disposable slippers and reusable sandals were provided, and I particularly appreciated that the reusable ones were disinfected and individually packaged – a thoughtful detail. The air conditioning worked great, and the bed was comfortable and spacious. There's even a robot in the lobby for deliveries, which was super convenient. We also received a small gift upon checkout. Highly recommended!

Step outside and you're immediately surrounded by options for dining, entertainment, and shopping. Exploring IFS and trying local snacks is incredibly convenient, so you don't have to spend any time commuting. The hotel environment is very comfortable, and the rooms are clean and tidy, making for a truly relaxing stay without any feeling of being cramped or oppressive. They also offer daily afternoon tea and a generous breakfast service. The breakfast spread is quite varied, and the afternoon tea snacks are delicious, allowing you to enjoy a delightful time without even stepping out. Staying here with my boyfriend, even if we spent an entire day indoors, just watching shows and chatting, it felt incredibly comfortable and filled us with so much happiness.

Right across from IFS! Step out, and you're greeted by the magnificent IFS building. Just a few steps downstairs are Cha Yan Yue Se and Wuyi Square Metro Station. Shopping and dining couldn't be more convenient! At night, you can even stroll over to Pozi Street for some delicious crayfish – absolute bliss! ✨ The room isn't huge, but it's clean and cozy. The mattress had the perfect balance of softness and firmness, so after a tiring day of exploring, I could just collapse into bed and fall asleep instantly. The front desk staff were super friendly; they happily recommended a noodle shop beloved by locals, and it was absolutely fantastic – no regrets! And they even offer free afternoon tea, which was beautifully presented. If we got tired from shopping, we could just stroll back for a quick nap and then head out again, feeling refreshed and ready for more shopping – it was awesome! A special shout-out to the service here! 😭 Both the front desk and the cleaning staff had absolutely wonderful attitudes. They could essentially fulfill all our requests. They offered over 30 types of items for loan. Plus, they have robot delivery, making it incredibly convenient to just lounge in the room and enjoy takeout! Honestly, considering the location, the service, and such an attractive price point, I'll definitely be staying here again next time I visit Changsha!
