The location is very good, downstairs is the subway entrance, next to Xiyingmen shopping mall and a park. The price is also affordable, and the price/performance ratio is good

交通便利沒得説，樓下就是地鐵口，斜對面喜迎門，圭塘河風光帶，溪悦薈。家裡乾淨整潔，家電齊全，客廳，每個房間都有空調，值得推薦

位置是蠻好的，交通非常便利，到各大景點都很方便，大塘地鐵口出站步行5分鐘就到了房源，三房兩廳的loft結構，空間利用率還是蠻高的，車可以直接停到電梯口，非常方便，老闆娘熱情周到，有問必答，還附送了我一份遊玩攻略！謝謝老闆娘！

正規的三房，洗衣機冰箱都齊全，不想去外面吃，就在家裡做，調料都備好了。走出小區就是地鐵站，溪悦薈.喜迎門！真的非常方便

房子與照片上的相同，房東的入住指示清晰，很容易就找到房源所在地，房子收拾的很乾凈。交通也很便利，樓下有地鐵站 ，旁邊就是溪悦薈，喜迎門
