周邊環境不錯，地方好找 樓下有便利店等很方便 廁所衞生一般般 網頁照片跟現實對比還是有點出入，有點舊不太值 不過江景真的一級棒沒得説 回覆及時，提前溝通好麻將機也是可以打廣東麻將的！這個就一級棒了

“房東雖然態度不錯，但是民宿的服務不到位，前一天明明答應了喊保潔幫忙收拾，結果保潔來過一趟，垃圾還是原封不動躺在垃圾桶裏。另外，沐浴露沒有及時補足，洗髮水是我用過最劣質的。早上樓上裝修吵的人睡不着覺。裝修陳舊～”

絕對的江景房.距離漁人碼頭非常近.步行街也很方便.高檔小區裏.主卧衞生間和大陽台180度看江.總之絕對值得入住.比酒店好很多。

位置非常好。俯瞰湘江。出行很方便。停車位不大好找，廚房衞生還有改善的空間。總體上非常棒，房東回覆非常快。感謝提供這麼好的房間。（目前隔壁在裝修，挺吵的）

地理位置不靠近五一廣場，就隔江相望的。在小區樓裏面，附近吃喝都比較多，裏面整體比較簡陋，廁所好像有點破舊。。。但是床品還是乾淨的，唯一好處就是風景視線好
