Family suite with 2 bedrooms + living + very small kitchen. Only has one small toilet that smells all the time. Shower area has no door to block the bathing water from splashing out. Basin tap very loose that you need to use both hand to hold on it to on the tap. This is a really budgeted provider. We were only given one sachet of Hair shampoo and shower gel each day. No bottle water to drink when all my other friends room have. And worst is toilet paper is just a small little roll, surely not meant for all four of us to use in one day. My pictures below were more convincing than my words. Please think twice if you are considering this place.

This is a fantastic hotel with an incredibly convenient location; taxi rides were affordable to anywhere. The ambiance was exceptionally pleasant, and daily housekeeping service was provided around noon. The TV was impressively large, and my partner and I found ourselves constantly enjoying meals at the small table provided. The lady at the front desk was exceptionally kind and helpful. The hotel offered a fridge, microwave, and a laundry room, which we particularly appreciated using twice during our five-day stay. Even after checking out, the front desk staff went above and beyond by holding our luggage and letting us use the restroom. This level of thoughtfulness truly made our entire stay seamless and hassle-free.

The hotel's location is decent and convenient for getting around. While One House Residence has many apartments, the facilities are quite outdated, and many were already broken. Both the room and living area were small. Specific issues included a loose toilet seat and a wobbly bathroom sink faucet. The faucet was also very short, making it inconvenient to fill water or wash hands. The shower stall lacked a door, causing water to spill out onto the bathroom floor. To top it off, the microwave in the kitchen was broken.

This is the coziest and most homely hotel I've ever stayed at; it truly feels like a home away from home. They genuinely prioritize the guest experience. The room was spotlessly clean and fresh, with absolutely no unpleasant odors. The bathroom had excellent hot water, making for a very comfortable experience. The room itself was spacious and bright. The air conditioning worked perfectly and was also odor-free. The bedding was pristine white and immaculate. Its location on Wuyi Road, right in the city center, is unbeatable, serving as a central hub for exploring the city. The large floor-to-ceiling windows made the space feel airy and refreshing. This hotel is perfect for both leisure and business travelers, as well as families, to enjoy a restful and memorable stay.

The room was very spacious, with plenty of hot water and excellent air conditioning. I've stayed here multiple times, and the service has always been outstanding. The staff are incredibly patient, and the bed was super comfortable. They even granted me a late check-out. The location is also very convenient, right next to the IFC and very close to the subway station. Most importantly, the price is very reasonable, making it a great option for students too.

I just remembered I wanted to leave a review for a hotel I stayed at. It was my first time visiting Changsha, and chain hotels were over my budget. I initially planned to book a hotel around Wuyi Square, but after reading many reviews online, I found that many hotels there are located in the same building, making elevator waits long. Plus, being older buildings, some reviews mentioned a peculiar 'bathroom smell.' So, I switched my search to Huangxing Square instead. Pu Ju Hotel turned out to be an unexpected gem! The elevators were fast, and right downstairs, there were famous local bubble tea shops like Cha Yan Yue Se and Good Lemon, a bustling pedestrian street, and a subway entrance. Wuyi Square was just a 3-minute walk away, making the location incredibly convenient. The hotel itself was quite clean (though we always bring our own disposable bed linens and toilet seat covers when we travel). But what really stood out was the excellent service. The owner sent me various travel guides, and when we were leaving Changsha, they even thoughtfully showed us how to take the subway using routes with elevators. Really impressed!

The hotel boasts an incredibly convenient location. Peiyuan Bridge subway station is just a few minutes' walk away, and many popular attractions are only one stop from there, making sightseeing incredibly easy. Our room was well-appointed with all the necessary amenities. My absolute favorite feature was the projector; we enjoyed watching our favorite movies in a romantic setting, making it feel like we had our own private cinema. The hotel service was exceptionally thoughtful and attentive. The 24-hour front desk was fantastic – I just sent a message, and they promptly delivered whatever I needed. Although my room type didn't include parking, the front desk kindly and discreetly let me know that purchasing parking tickets directly from them was a fantastic deal, saving me dozens of yuan! I really appreciated that helpful tip! During our two-day stay, the room was proactively cleaned and maintained immaculately, which greatly enhanced our comfort. I will definitely choose Xiangshuiwan Hotel again on my next trip to Changsha.
