Hampton by Hilton Properties in Changsha

After a lot of thought and a friend's recommendation, I finally chose the Hampton by Hilton Wuyi Square store, and I'm very satisfied. Getting around is super convenient. It's about 600 meters from the metro (Lines 2 and 6), and taxis are easy to find. The location is excellent, really close to all the main attractions. I didn't notice it at first, but the front desk told me the Communist Party History Museum is directly across the road, and there's a rice noodle street right next door. Overall, it's incredibly convenient. The hotel environment is also very comfortable and clean. Even though it's by the road, it wasn't that noisy; I slept soundly all night. Breakfast was also great, with a wide variety of options. The selection even changed daily. The noodle soup station was excellent; I personally loved the round noodles, where you can DIY your own broth and toppings. You should definitely try all the mini cakes, especially the green tea one and another square green cake – I forgot to ask what flavor it was! And my favorite bacon and sausages were absolutely fantastic. Plus, the front desk thoughtfully gave me a local guide, which was amazing! The recommended attractions and shops were all excellent. The cleaning staff on my floor were also super nice and kept everything spotless! I was very happy with this stay, and I'll definitely recommend it to friends when they visit next time!

I have specifically requested for non-smoking room, I still get a room choked with cigarettes smell. When I feedback to the staff next day, they still insisted that level is non-smoking room. I don’t know what to say. Overall it’s a decent hotel with courtesy staff and standard breakfast spread.

Facilities: The air conditioning was broken and wasn't providing heat, but a maintenance worker came and fixed it. I suggest the hotel regularly inspect the facilities in these rooms. Service: The front desk service was excellent, making me feel right at home. Ambiance: The environment is well-maintained, and the hotel's breakfast was very generous, even more so than at other Hampton Inn hotels I've stayed at. Just for the breakfast alone, it's worth a stay. This strategy is great as it helps compensate for the hotel showing its age. Cleanliness: Very clean, you can rest assured.

My family of three took our children on a road trip this summer, staying at this hotel for four days and three nights. Since Changsha's attractions aren't easily accessible by car, I also wanted convenient public transportation. The hotel is less than 100 meters from the Line 4 subway station, which was incredibly convenient. The hotel also delivered on all the key points I valued: the room was clean; the overall appearance was new, evident in the bathroom fixtures, but there was no odor. It was also very quiet, with excellent blackout curtains. The family room was also uniquely decorated, with a small tent for the kids to play in, but since my older child had already graduated from elementary school, we didn't use it. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options, nutritious, and delicious. Finally, the hotel is adjacent to a large commercial complex, open until 10 PM, offering everything you need for dining, entertainment, and fun. The room was very clean and tidy. I was upgraded to a deluxe business king room. There is carpet when entering. The toilet is heated. The room is huge. The sofa is very comfortable. Complete supporting facilities. The customer service attitude is very good. If you have any questions, respond immediately. The bed is so comfortable. The view outside the window is very good. There is also a gym where you can exercise. Breakfast on the first floor includes Chinese and Western food. You can eat whatever you want. Very comprehensive and tastes great.

This hotel was recommended by a friend, and it was unexpectedly good, far beyond expectations. The front desk staff helped us upgrade the room, and they were really polite. The TV in the room is smart, and you can project the screen with your phone. There are also tissue boxes in the bathroom and on the table that can hold your phone, which is very convenient (hahaha, good news for lazy people). I drove to Changsha from Shenzhen with my friends and chose to stay at the Hampton Inn Xi'erdun at night because it is located by Meixi Lake, the surrounding environment is very good, the hotel is very clean and tidy, and I had a good rest at night.
