Our overall stay was fantastic! The entire front desk staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, always greeting us with a smile. They even offered a laundry delivery service, which was a thoughtful touch. The hotel lobby's sofas were super soft and comfy, perfect for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. The local Changsha rice noodles were authentic and delicious, a definite must-try. The hotel's location is excellent, right next to the Wuyi Square business district, making it super convenient for shopping, dining, and exploring. Our room was clean, tidy, and comfortable. I had a good night's sleep and felt refreshed the next day. The bathroom had separate wet and dry areas, consistent hot water, and excellent toiletries. The breakfast was plentiful, with both Chinese and Western options, and the taste was delicious, making it a great start to the day. The overall value for money was excellent, and I'll definitely choose Yishang again when I'm in the area!

It's been a long time since I last visited Changsha, not since I was a child, so I picked this hotel for my return trip. Its proximity to the subway station is fantastic, making getting around super convenient. The cleanliness here is truly excellent; after staying in places like Home Inn and Hanting with their subpar hygiene, I can confidently say that if cleanliness is important to you, you won't regret staying here. The front desk staff were also very polite and even helped me with my luggage. All in all, I'm extremely satisfied and would definitely choose this hotel again next time!

Customer service has informed us in advance that the room is next to the road and it is a bit noisy! But closing the windows won’t have that much of an impact! The room is clean and tidy. The bathroom and shower room are completely separated so they don't interfere with each other. There is also a clothesline and disposable toilet mat! To my surprise, I was thoughtfully provided with afternoon tea in the afternoon! Great! Consider staying here next time you come back to Changsha!
