This stay was fantastic! The hotel's location is super convenient, right across from Florentia Village. The front desk staff were all smiles and check-in was quick. The room was clean and bright, and the bedding was soft and comfy. There's a desk and a window in every room, and I slept soundly all night. The soundproofing is excellent, it was really quiet. Breakfast had a great variety, and the Changsha rice noodles were authentic and delicious. It's really great value for money, perfect for both business trips and family vacations. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in the area, I truly recommend it to everyone! Satisfied.

The environment is elegant and quiet, with a fantastic view from the window. The facilities are complete, and the bedding is soft and comfortable. The hygiene is impeccable, even the corners are spotless. The service attitude is excellent, and the front desk lady has a perfect smile. Highly recommended!

The room was well-insulated, with brick walls. Our two children were so noisy that we worried about disturbing the neighbors. The 1.35m-wide twin beds were perfect for a family traveling with two children. Cleanliness was generally good. However, the green signal light on the ceiling above the entrance remained on after lights out, which was a bit disturbing. Also, the room we stayed in lacked privacy when getting dressed after showering. It would have been much better if the hotel had installed two hooks on the bathroom wall so we could dress without having to step outside.

The interior facilities are new and well-maintained, with a logical layout and excellent natural light and ventilation, making for a comfortable stay. The entire room was meticulously cleaned, with every corner spotless and dust-free, and all toiletries were well-stocked. The staff were friendly and efficient with check-in procedures, promptly addressing any needs. My stay was extremely pleasant.

We are from Hunan and Hubei. We went to Tongguanyao Ancient Town to check in on weekends. On Friday, we drove directly to Changsha during the holiday. After a night of rest, we had a full day of fun in Tongguanyao Ancient Town the next day. This time I chose Yishang when I went to Changsha. The overall value for money was excellent, and I'll definitely choose Yishang again when I'm in the area!

Just a few minutes' walk to Wuyi Square and Xiangya Hospital Metro Station, it's incredibly convenient whether you're exploring the city's food scene or heading to the hospital. What really stood out to me was the front desk service; the staff were always smiling, welcoming, and proactive during both check-in and check-out. They patiently answered all my questions, even the small ones. The breakfast was also fantastic, with a wide variety of dishes that changed daily, including both Chinese and Western options. You absolutely *must* try the special rice noodles – they're wonderfully chewy and incredibly authentic, better than many small eateries outside. The room hygiene was good, everything was neatly organized, and the bathroom was clean, making for a very comfortable stay.

The room is spacious, hygienic, and the environment is OK. A magnifying mirror can be arranged in the makeup mirror to facilitate women's makeup. Unfortunately, I left too early in the morning and did not have breakfast.
