Mellow Orange Hotel (Changsha Window of the World)

The room was generally clean, though a bit of dust on the bedside table could be cleaned. The facilities were complete, and although it faced the street, it was quiet with few cars passing by at night. The staff was friendly, and the 3:00 PM check-out option for members was a nice touch.

The room is clean and tidy

I forgot to take pictures. The hotel is very good, the location is easy to find, the sanitation is very clean, the service is very thoughtful, and there is a late check-out service. We even stored our luggage for free after checking out. It is very close to Window of the World, just a few hundred meters away. In short, it is highly recommended! ! ! !

The service attitude is good, the room is big enough, you can stay if you are passing by!

Check-out was delayed until 3 o'clock, which was a good service.

The front desk service was quite poor. I've stayed here before and remember it being okay compared to other hotels nearby, but I couldn't quite recall the room layout. So I asked to take a look, but the front desk refused and requested the computer to retrieve the guest's previous stays. Does that mean I can't view the room again if I've stayed there before? What's the logic? I hope they'll improve their training.
